Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

This is a separate company that is allowed to sell Verizon Wireless products and services. My iPhone stopped working today. I went to this location because I thought it was a «Verizon Wireless Store» it is not. It is a Verizon «Authorized Wireless Retailer». After my experience today I decided to go to a different location and get a second opinion. When I went to
and used the store locator. There is a clear distinction that this is not a «Verizon Wireless Store».

The sales rep said they were getting rid of 2 year contracts. They are not. He said I will not be able to upgrade my phone in October at the end of my 2 yr contract. Not true. I will have to get an Edge plan and trade in my phone. Not true. He was unable to tell me how much my plan was going to be total if I upgraded today. I told the sales agent I was unsure and left.
I went to a «Verizon Wireless Store» in Pinellas Park. Before I even spoke to a sales agent the gentleman at the counter reset my iPhone in a few seconds and it worked perfect. Then a sales rep explained they are not getting rid of 2yr plans they are offering the edge plan first and trying to get people away from 2yr plans.
I was really in a bind and needed to make an informed decision fast Thank goodness I listened to my gut instinct and went somewhere else.
