Service King Collision Repair of St Petersburg

AMAZING. I brought in my 3-​month old 2015 BMW to get scratches and antenna repaired when my garage door closed on it; Service King & staff were friendly, extremely knowledgable super communicative, and did a phenomenal job. Like new!
Paid out-​of-​pocket — their prices are VERY reasonable, they don’t bullshit you with «extras» or unnecessary work, and they do a superior-​quality job. Highly recommend.

One star because I was quoted a 4-​day minor job on my 2010 tundra with 10xxx miles on it and they didn’t bother to give us a call, we was so unimportant that they decided to text my dad instead and my dad doesn’t even know how to text and on the day I was suppose to pick the truck up they told us it would be another day due to someone throwing a part away that they had ordered for the truck. So everyday I would have to call them because they don’t call you to inform you about what’s going on about your vehicle, they kept telling us it would be the next day everyday up until it became a 9 day and counting job. Their State Farm agent named Gary recommend this shop to us and we trusted him and did choose service King but shouldn’t have because there are shops out there that might not look at nice and new as this shop but have far better customer service and more reliable and faster work done. The only way I’d recommend this place to anyone is if you live down the street like I do. Also they told us we could come pick the truck up without the piece they had threw away, WTF is the point in bringing the truck to you guys if it’s not gonna be back to new. Did they want me to bring the truck back another day and have them have it for another week or so idk but that’s unacceptable or maybe they would have gave me the piece they threw away to put on myself idk.
P.S this is my first ever review I’ve wrote and I felt like I wanted to let people know how my experience at this place was.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Service King. They did a fabulous job fixing my highlander after an auto accident. They even buffed out a few other dings unrelated to the accident. Their customer service was also top notch! They turned my stressful incident into a pleasant experience.

I took my car in for some minor body work. I was impressed from the start by the courteous and knowledgeable person who greeted me and began the paperwork. I looked around the lobby and noticed how clean and customer-​friendly it is. Very comfortable. The person who looked at my car was also professional and courteous. The estimate was well-​explained and within the range I’d expected. He said he’d try to save me by looking for a used part — which they found. The part had to be painted to match my car, and it looks like it came with the car! Great paint job and overall repair. I also liked the fact that the people I worked with looked crisp and clean in uniforms bearing their names. I would have NO qualms about recommending this business. Sterling is Stellar!
