Crown Collision Center

This was our second time using Crown Collision Center. They do a very good job. Both of our car damage incidents were relatively minor. The repair work was very well done. I was especially pleased to get my truck back, not only fixed but washed and detailed. It looked close to new. And they also buffed out the paint scratches I had accidently put on my truck. I was pleased to see that.
Chuck Stickney, our estimator, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both times our vehicles were ready when promised. My wife’s car had a slight imperfection, a small drop of dried paint. Crown was happy to make the fix.
Crown works with State Farm, so a State Farm estimator was not needed to examine the damage. For my wife’s car, Crown’s price was just a few dollars higher, but they were closer to home and represented themselves well.
So, no problems and no complaints, except that car repair work is expensive, but that’s just a fact. I’m glad we had insurance.
One side story… When I arrived to drop off my truck, there was very, very unhappy 93 year old woman who was a very, very unhappy customer. Her Mercedes had been in the shop for a couple of weeks and was still not completely ready. She was angry and in tears with frustration. The office manager tried her best to calm the woman down, at first with no success, but with persistence, eventually had the woman soothed and smiling and put back into her original rental car at Crown’s expense while they completed the repair. I was impressed by the superb people skills and patience the office manager exhibited.

I recently had Crown collision detail my SUV. They did a super job, very professional! This is my second great experience with this company. Thanks Crown!

Good job by Steve Lukas to make my recent repair work painless. They expedited processing my documents and helped me make an appointment on time. I have used them in the past and will do so in the future.
