Steve helped us about 2 weeks ago, and he was very friendly and helpful. Moving is always stressful, but having the storage unit (which was the perfect size) really helped. The storage unit was clean, and we had our own keys and lock.
Almost two weeks later, (today) it was moving day. He was riding around the premises and came over to say hello. He said we take the locks and keys with us, so in case of future renting the unit, we would have our things to store it, and we are certain that they do not copy our keys or keep the same locks.
If I ever have to use a storage unit again, I will for sure use this location for Public Storage.

I checked in to my storge unit today and Steve made all the difference! He was fast and efficient. Very patient with me and helpful. He was very pleasant and exactly what we needed after moving and driving 550 miles. Easy access to the units and spaces in back to store bigger items like RVs and Boats! Someone is there 7 days a week which is nice.
Thanks Steve for making the end of our long move easy.
