Opti-mart

I can really only speak to one thing that they did here, but it was enough to write a review.
The staff at Opti-​Mart provided over the top customer service. We were out of town and the screw in my son’s glasses was almost out. So it needed to be screwed back in to secure.
The business is located in a very industrial part of the city, you will be sure that your lost as you see areas of the road that are, well a mess. But be rest assured if you have your GPS set you will find it. There is a sign, look for it. Parking seemed fine to me and lot was clean.
We stepped in and one customer was being assisted. The store appeared to have a nice selection of frames and was a decent size. The inventory was displayed nicely as well. The showroom was clean and presented well.
A total of two ladies were present and the other one behind the desk immediately asked what we needed. The woman went right to work pulling out the screw and putting in a new one to ensure it was secure. It took less than 5 minutes and no charge. The other woman talked to my son and I after the other customer left. She was just as nice.
I loved everything about the customer service, it was perfection. However, I cannot justify a 5 when I did not have an exam by one of their Optometrist get a fitting etc. However, I bet they would pull off a 5 in my opinion. Great job and thank you ladies.
