Absolutely terrible experience! Made an appointment for a vision check ordered by my doctor. The appointment meant nothing as they took people off the street ahead of me. Dealt with a extremely rude woman who did the preliminary tests. Had to return to make them give me the test data as the only paperwork they gave me was a receipt!!! Avoid like the plague!

You can’t give less than one star, if you could they’d have zero stars.
The glasses these folks made for me are pathetic, This operation is horrible, avoid like the plague.
Giving me my glasses, which are fragile wire frames with NO Hard-​case; WHAT COULD GO WRONG. Just an awful approach. VERY Disappointed.
Make sure that you want the glasses you order, because UNLIKE EVERY OTHER EYEGLASS shop, THESE FINE PEOPLE PROVIDE NO REFUNDS,
Really a awful operation. AVOID THEM, I wish I had…

I got two pairs of glasses there and both frames broke within 6 weeks. They replaced them, but one is starting to fall apart again. The RX seems to be off a little, I can’t see distance very clear with them. I thougjht I needed to get used to a new lens, but these aren’t getting any better. I would recommend you go elsewhere for your glasses.

I’ve worn contacts since the 5th grade and had to make numerous trips to get the right pair. At one point the Dr. said «that’s as good as it gets» but I insisted that I couldn’t read with the prescription he recommended. I had all contact prescription info from 3 years ago but he kept ordering a brand I’d never used.
Also, frames are very cheap. The worst experience I’ve had in 25+ years.

The doctor is nice, the staff are friendly but the glasses and frames are cheap as heck! Their sale prices are only for the cheap plastic granny frames and all the display glasses were dirty like no one regularly cleans them! I got glasses here a year ago trying to save a few $$ but the pair I got are now all scratched and chipped. The staff is fine here but quality sucks!
