McDonald’s

The worst drive thru service. Shouldn’t be considered a fast food establishment. Every time I come here its like this. Shame.

Some of the nicest people I’ve came across in the fast food service, however they forget my entire order most of the time. Which is infuriating. I’ve wasted more gas going back and forth so many times it makes me wonder why I even go back… The answer? The professionalism. Absolutely wonderful people. Just wish they could stop forgetting my entire order. This happens ⁹⁄₁₀ times, and it’s so frustrating!

This is by far the best mcdonalds I’ve ever been too! Everyone that works there is so sweet and energetic. They all work great as a team to delivery fast, accurate orders. I did see one guy request his burger to be remade due to the presentation and Kevin (he’s funny!) brought him over a replacement. He goes the extra mile to put a smile on your face each and every time. I believe it’s the manager, but I always hear him greet customers and it seems as though he has regulars and he’ll engage in conversation with them. It’s nice to see a manager converse with the staff and costumers. I’m really impressed!

I know it’s a McDonald’s and I shouldn’t expect THAT much from customer service, but the few times I’ve been here have been terrible. I’ve come in at different times of the day and whether it was a weeknight or a weekend, I wasn’t impressed with the staff. Wait times for food are normally higher than normal. Once we waited over 15 minutes for a happy meal and a hot and spicy chicken sandwich. No «sorry for the wait» or anything and they avoided looking at me while I was waiting. There are no greetings from the staff or smiles or anything. Floors were sticky and tables dirty every time I’ve been in and drink area a mess.

Cheap owner. Cuts the Mcrib sauce with cheap barbecue sauce. Does it every year. I should know better than to keep going back year after year. but its the closest one to m job.
the nuggets are always hard and fries usually overcooked and cold. have seen them re-​fry fries to make them seem hot.
you can see the owner likes to cut corners to make more money. I worked at a McDonald’s for 2 years. I know what its supposed to look like. avoid this place if you can. I’m stuck with it when I forget my lunch. and I hate giving them my money. sometimes I just go hungry instead of going there.
just my opinion. take it for what its worth.

Only go here because my kid likes it. This is not real food…

Speedy service, beautiful and clean building.
McDonald’s is McDonald’s, but the staff and quality will change with each store. This store has good staff and good quality. Some can be very slow. But at 6pm on a Tuesday night, this place kept the lines inside and out moving very quickly. That is key, fast food should actually be fast.
The burgers were satisfactory and they followed instructions to a T. The employees greeted us with big smiles. Good customer service is always appreciated.
We also got a Mocha Frappé. Sometimes the staff makes these with a little too much haste and the chocolate syrup gets on the outside of the cup. This sucks, especially at the drive through, because then you have a sticky hand and it transfers the stickiness to your steering wheel and other parts of your car. NOT HERE. They made the Mocha Frappé perfectly, and no excess smeared on the outside.
I was very pleased with this McDonald’s and I would definitely reccomend it to anyone near the Gandy/​4^th Street area. You can’t ask for anything else: friendly, clean, and speedy service.
