Burger King

Mom still craves the occasional Whopper, so I sadly still find myself having to frequent this joint if I want a quick fix.
Service has gotten «a bit» better, meaning just 2 stars now.
Forget the drive-​thru, just go inside.
My last order was received hot, correct, and fresh.
Thus I will update them with 1 more star for now.
This location still needs an educated adult at the helm, and quick…

Why did I come here?
The drive thru is the worst.
My running boards get scraped up so badly because it’s soooo tight.
Be prepared to scream your order into the speaker, and repeat it over and over.
I’m not giving them 1 star, because my food was good, my Dr Pepper tasted great.
I did order extra cheese on my whopper — didn’t happen.
I was craving a burger, I got my running boards on my car scraped and destroyed.
I’m annoyed with pretty much about this whole experience.

Don’t get me wrong, Burger King is usually pretty decent. But this location is terrible. The staff doesn’t care which shows by how dirty the dining room and bathrooms are. I’ve tried it several times and I’ve always been very dissatisfied.

Filthy slow and disgusting, need to say more? I used to go to this Burger King a lot back in the 90s but now it’s garbage. I see homeless people sleepin in the back and high school kids skipping school there.

Crap. This has to be the worst Burger King in Tampa Bay. Do not come here. Make other plans. Corporate does need to take an interest in either improving or closing this location.
My latest visit here was a repeat of past poor ones. Extremely slow drive thru. When I got to the window, I could see the cause this evening: the drive thru cashier was also working the counter and filling the orders onto bags or trays. There must have been another employee cooking in the kitchen but another soul was not in sight. He was nice though.
The food was actually right this order unlike past orders. However, it was not good enough to make up for past bad service or the SLOW drive thru. Do yourself a favor and think twice about coming here.

Meh. Typical Burger King, meaning a poorly-​trained staff and depressing interior. The food came out nice and hot, but the fries were cold by the time I got to the table. The most interesting part of the whole experience was watching two old ladies play craps at one of the booths.

Poorly-​run franchise– should be decommissioned by corporate. ill-​trained personnel, takes quite long to get food, coupons can create a crisis, staff seems chaotic and not sure who’s doing what, and the food is not up to spec. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
To be honest, I have occasionally had a good burger here, but more often than not, the sandwiches don’t seem well-​assembled, and the meat is sometimes not thoroughly heated. The managers seem like they’re trying, but the staff turnover must be near 100%. They are usually clueless.
I always walk in, and have observed the operation first-​hand, and it isn’t good. I actually like BK food (once in a blue moon), but this outlet should be avoided. Try nearby Wendy’s, Arby’s, or Taco Bell.

I have been to this establishment multiple times, all of which my experience has sucked. During the most recent visit, the place was a mess, trash on tables, floor, and drink area. The place is always running a skeleton crew so you’re going to wait for your food, especially since the drive through is priority one. The atmosphere completely sucks as they decided to take down the artwork on their wall, so now you stare at an ugly yellow wall.
This is by no means the employees fault as I have worked in the food industry for 8 years and recognize this as corporate cutting hours and focusing on numbers for the drive thru.
I predict that in 2012 this location will be shutdown, only to be replaced by a Starbucks.
