I love this eclectic little joint. They have everything from high end designer to $ 5 clearance. The turnover is good. They have an interesting pricing system so almost daily something different is discounted. I found a classic black like new Armani couture jacket here for $ 130. I’ve also bought $ 10 T-shirts from them too. They have casual items and fancy items. They also have a limited selection of accessories to.

This is a nice shop. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The’re is a great selection from coture to up-scale labels. The store is well organized, clean, and roomy. Just watch the labels and the prices; there are brands that are overpriced. In general, however, the pricing is fair.

If you know me, you know I LOVE a good resale find. In Memphis, I had my gems; places where I KNEW I could find good quality, higher end clothing. Designer Consigner does fit that bill, to some extent. I’ve found low end stuff and higher end wears there. All of it is slightly overpriced, in my opinion. If I wanted to pay $ 700 for a bag, I’d spend a little more and buy it new… but that’s just me. Also, I found a jacket that I bought new for about $ 15.00 less than Designers Consigner was offering. Sure, it’s not much of a difference, but it’s enough! That said, I have found some good deals there. Primarily when they have a holiday special. Since, it’s in my neighborhood, I thought of this shop when cleaning out my closet. Get rid of unworn items and make some $$ in the process? What could be better? I went in with my items, they provided a ticket for me and let me know that if my items didn’t sell by a certain date, I could pick them back up. I called prior to the date to check on my items and they had nothing in their system! WHAT? There was some scrambling on their end… I received a call back and was told that my items were never placed out on the floor, but that they had been, now. Two months later, I check in again on my items. No response. It’s definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. In the future, I’ll just give my items to goodwill.

I’ve been in this shop twice now and I’ve had mixed feelings. If you’re an older woman looking for St. John’s suits in the upper hundreds, this is a good option for you. If you’re looking for Missoni pieces, they had a rack of matching sets. High end shoes? They have them hanging out in a glass case. Was there anything that interested me? No, not really. It feels like their things are more geared towards an older group. There are some«younger» things but they just felt a little cheap. Like they were on trend at some point and now they’re out of style. I would probably go back again to see because places like this are hit or miss and it wasn’t like poking through all the junk at Goodwill or something. They do have decent pieces, they’re just not anything I would buy.

The selection at this store is fantastic. They have everything from $ 600 vintage Marc Jacobs(squeal!) to half-off Vera Bradley bookbags(score!). They also have a great $ 5 section of jewelry. They also have a wishlist; you leave your name, number, and the item or brand you are looking for and they keep an eye out for you. The sales people were absolutely wonderful without being pushy. They also provided us with a list of other consignment stores in the area, a move which pretty much cinched the #1 spot on my list. Anyone who tries to make a customer happy, regardless of whether that means they potentially lose a sale, gets my seal of approval. The selection rotates weekly so go back at least once a month.

This store is fabulous! I got a very cute dress from Bebe for $ 10. My cousin picked up some Diesel jeans MADEINITALY, for $ 5! $ 5!!! They carry high quality used clothing, handbags, jewelry and shoes for excellent prices. This is like the grown-up, diva version of Plato’s Closet. You can feel great about supporting a local business and your checking account will thank you as well.

We were driving on Central on our way to the beach when I told my girl friend to pull over when I read on the store window«consignment store, chanel, prada, etc» or something like that. When I walked into this spacious store, I was so excited that I knew I would find some treasures here! And unlike typical used clothing stores/consignment stores where the store and clothes smell like old clothes or worse, BO, this place didn’t have any of these unpleasant smells at all. We spent 2 hours in here!!! The price tags are a bit confusing at first but once we got that sorted out, we were off and running. They have everything clearly organized and labeled, a shoe area, long dresses, tops, pants, formal wear, wedding dresses, St. John suits, Chanel, etc. If the tag has 3 dates below the price, then you pay the price closest to the date listed. So a top I found priced at like $ 30, since it had been there for a few months now, I got the last date of 4÷1÷07 and got the top for $ 10! All their clothing is in good condition and you can find name brands like Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Theory, Gucci, Prada, etc. This place was awesome!!! I wish they had one in SF. If you live around here, you should go check it out, now!
