Worst experience. She is on Groupon she cannot make an appointment and keep it. Cassandra cannot return a call and had an excuse first time to cancel on our appointment. The day I was suppose to see her, she was late and I ended up leaving after having time to see horrible reviews on this site and others. I would not trust her with my face!!! Nor should you. I got my money back from Groupon.

I had the exact same experience as the other people who left reviews. It took 3 weeks and 8 calls by me to even get a response back to set up an appointment. The response was from the owner via text message(which should have been the first hint) and she asked for my name and email so we could set up an appointment. After providing her with this she didn’t respond for 2 days and never sent an email. she asked for the same info 2 more times and this cycle happened again. Finally she texted that she was just really busy with all her«new clients» but that she had an opening at 9:30 the next day. After driving for an hour i realized the Facebook, website and groupon addresses are all different(hint number 10 that this isn’t a legitimate business). I called and texted the owner for directions. She responded an hour later via text and said that she«has 3 kids and is very busy with long procedures and teaching at a local beauty school» What kind of business only communicates via text message, has a different address listed on each website, and doesn’t even show up for the appointment. To top everything off she referred to herself as a physician in one of her text messages to me which she is absolute NOT!!! False advertising is one thing, but to actually claim to be a doctor when she is a esthetician is illegal and immoral. And to make matters worse, I found out she is not even associated with the actual physicians that clams to be on her Facebook and website. The only good thing that came out of all of this is that at least my skin was never harmed since she never showed up for the appointment. I never write reviews on anything but this experience was so shocking I hope to save someone else time and skin. There are a lot of other options in St. pete and Tampa, definitely stay away from this one!

STAYFAR… FAR… AWAY I bought a living social deal for the photofacial. I had a hard time getting an appointment with Cassandra(the phone number given for this business is a cell phone going to a girl named Cassandra.) I called 4 times before getting a response back by Text Message!!! What kind of spa only communicates through text? Very bad business. She was very apologetic for not getting back with me only after I threatened to get a refund with Living social. I took her apology as sincere and set an appointment for that Thursday. When I showed up to the appointment after my hour drive it was the wrong address. So I called and got no answer leaving a message stating I was lost. I finally found the business(the address on her facebook and living social voucher were both wrong! REDFLAG) after driving around for a half hour to find that the door was locked and it looked like no one had been there in weeks. I went to the pet grooming place next door and they informed me that this happens a lot. I got a response from here 3HOURS later saying her daughter might have had to go to the hospital and she had her assistant call everyone to cancel the appointments for that day. Um… I think not. I never got a call or even a «text.» I told her I am just going to get a refund with living social and that I would not do business with her. She then proceeded to text me several times with offers to give me three treatments free. I would not trust her with my face. You can’t even trust her to show up to an appointment. Some other Unilocal reviews for this business have even stated that the doctor she says she does her work under is not legitimate. Stay FARAWAY!

Be forewarned… When accessing the above business on Unilocal,I strongly suggest that you scroll down and see the negative review from Steven Thomas before making a decision to deal with this proprietor and consider my experience, I am not the first to review this business. I am skeptical of this proprietor and business. It is obvious that this 4 star Unilocal page review was created by the owner, Cassandra. I purchased a living social deal with this establishment and then decided to do some due diligence. Of course I checked Unilocal and saw a 4 star rating but didn’t scroll down. I am not the first to review this. There is another review by Steven and do not know why his previous review is buried at the bottom of the page. I didn’t see his review before buying. But as soon as I purchased it I tried to contact the merchant to schedule an appointment and ask some questions about the treatment. Over a period of two days, I left four messages and never heard back from Cassandra. She finally sent me a text message asking me when I wanted to schedule an appointment. I promptly replied with days and times and asked her to please call me to discuss further. She never returned my call. So the following day I left a frustrated message threatening to cancel my living social voucher(they will give a full refund within seven days) I then got an immediate response. Cassandra apologized and stated that she was busy. Regardless, ignoring your customers and not responding to calls in a timely manner is NOWAY to run a business. We went ahead an made some appointments. I was concerned about her credentials and licensing and asked her if there was a MD in charge overseeing her business. IPL is a laser treatment and if not properly administered can cause burns and side effects, She ISNOT affiliated with Dr Cynthia Elliot although a reference/link is featured on her Unilocal page. I think that is a bit misleading. She stated that she is affiliated with a Dr Christensen whom I could not find any information about. In addition, when I asked her about the window of time for scheduling the three laser treatments she said only two weeks apart, and the third treatment she was willing to schedule even less than two weeks apart. After further research and checking with a dermatologist, I found out that treatments should be scheduled 3 – 4 weeks apart! That doing so earlier is too stressful on the skin and can cause damage! This was a huge red flag for me! Needless to say that I cancelled the appointments and requested a refund from living social. After I cancelled the appointments(by text) I was deluged with text messages from her trying to get me to reconsider. In addition, I was wary when she didn’t contact me in a timely manner to schedule my appointment or to answer my questions. It was only after I threatened to ask for a refund that she responded. Furthermore, I question the validity of her credentials and concern for her customers. Especially since she was willing to schedule the treatments so soon before my skin would have had a chance to heal. I shudder to think of what recourse I would have if my skin was damaged. If she no shows on her customers(as stated in Steven’s review) she may just fly the coop if there were complications from a treatment. It seems like she has a bunch of coupon deals out there with various companies such as Groupon, etc. Fortunately Living Social has a great refund policy as she refused to refund Steven’s money, who purchased through Groupon. Apparently the old adage still applies: «If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is». Pass it up, or at least do some due diligence. I chose to pass it up as this deal has raging red flags waving all over it! Update… After posting this review yesterday I received another text message from the owner Cassandra accusing me of lying. The fact that she even calls a customer a liar is disturbing. She has a lot to learn about customer service! I even asked her to call me to discuss and have never heard back from her. I also told her that dealing with customers by text is impersonal and poor customer service. People want personalized service and that means talking by phone. If she was really delivering quality service she would not behave in this manner and call me in person and offer a resolution.(Btw, I am not looking for a free facial) I have been a customer service manager for the airlines for many years and a quality business offers some type of service recovery. I am proud of my status as an Elite Unilocaler and would never fabricate a review. I have an excellent reputation for several years on Unilocal.I stand by this review.
