Divine Dermatology

I had a horrible experience at this dermatologist office. I do not think they care about their patients but rather only about making money. They left several large scares on my body that are ugly. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a dermatologist. I completely regret putting my trust into them.

Good dermatologist… but expect to wait over an hour to be seen. Not a «lunch break» kind of appointment.

I was so disgusted at the way we were treated at this office. I called and asked them if they specifically took my insurance, as I usually have trouble with my insurance and she said yes. I even asked if she was sure because this was the 5^th office I’d called that day and I urgently needed an appt. I was booking in advance as we were out of town and needed to see someone as soon as we got back. When we arrived to the appointment, first thing the woman tells me is: «oh we don’t take this insurance».
I explained to her that I made sure when I made the appointment and I was assured it was okay and this has been a waste of my time. I booked the appoint 6 weeks in advance! Her response, «oh I can see „so’n’so“ booked it and she always verifies insurance and she couldn’t have made a mistake». We were so pissed off not only at not being able to see a doctor that day, but that they had done a careless job in the first place, wasting our time and then shoved the blame on us. AS IF I know what insurance they take and don’t take. We just walked out, too flabbergasted to even consider talking further with them.

After having to cancel my annual skin cancer screening appointment, I receive a 50 dollar bill as a no show SIX months later. Now I am searching through email and phone records to prove that I did in fact cancel before the 24 hour time period OR they are threatening to send this to collections. I was a loyal client for years and referred many. Something is very very wrong in this office with the cut throat way they do business. They must really need 50 dollars.
