This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere ever!!! My sister’s phone was stolen and we went in to replace the phone. The guy that waited on us didn’t want to sell us a phone, did not offer any solutions. He actually referred us to Best Buy. We went there and got great service. The guy was awful. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Received outstanding service from Vanessa today! We went through a variety of plans and were provided every discount option available to us. She was very thorough and a blast to speak with.

I switch from the iPhone on sprint to the s4 on at&t. I’ve had issues for three weeks now. I attempted to get help at this store and Misty was not willing to help at all. I probably would have been better off talking to a wall. The only suggestion she gave after I told her everything I’d been through was to «try and get at&t tech support and apple on a conference call.» She never looked at my phone or my account. We went to the kiosk at Tyrone and had much better luck there. If the other associates at this location are as bad Misty, you’re better off paying a cancelation fee and going with any other provider including MetroPCS.
