Always getting personal attention from the owners and techs. They really care about their clients and always make sure your satisfied. Awesome mani and pedi’s, I love their chairs! Very clean salon and up to date products also.

If I could give this place less than one star I would! The service was atrocious and most of the employees were rude. I asked for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. My feet sat in the water so long the water went cold. I was not asked which pedicure I wanted and it was only through conversation that age discovered I wanted the«deluxe» pedicure. It was definitely NOT worth the money! While the person doing my pedicure, she never told me her name, was constantly being rushed and bitched at by «Kim» it still took 2 hours! The end result should have been much better after 2 hours. I never did get my eyebrows done. This visit was with friends and each person’s pedicure was a different length and consisted of varying levels of attentiveness and ability. I would NOT go back to this place.

Came in and wrote my name on the board and sat on the couch. Workers stared at me for over 30 mins didn’t ask what I wanted or cared I guess. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 10 years and never have walked in a place and didn’t acknowledge me or asked what I needed. Went down the road was helped when I walked in. It only takes 10 mins and 2 secs to ask show less. I think it’s crazy to think they do from massages, permanent make up, nails to eyebrows and don’t ask just stare and no reason not to say we will be with you they weren’t that busy. Never again. I just moved here in hopes of a good place.

I have been going to this salon since they opened. The owner Kim knows how to grow a business by treating her customers well. They have a great color selection and the salon is always clean. This review is only 2 star for a couple of reasons. My service today started out with Kim and she was well on the way to giving me a fabulous pedicure when her employee had her leave to pick up her daughter from school. The Girl she passed me on to was beyond rude! I was sitting letting my nails dry when she bluntly told me I could leave! I took off my own toe dividers and messed up my polish, since she was running me out before they could dry. Every time I have been there this year I have had multiple people perform service. I am not a fan of this because it makes it difficult to tip appropriately, one person may do a great job and someone else just so so. I guess I will be looking for some place new.

I stopped in last Friday afternoon, not close to closing time. I wanted a pedicure and manicure. An older lady did my pedicure but when it was time for my manicure, Kim(the owner) stepped in and sent her to someone else and Kim did my manicure herself. She is very rough and she hurried through my manicure, she kept looking at the door and she did the cuticles on the same hand twice and not at all on the other hand because she couldn’t give me the attention I deserved as a customer. I go here all the time because it’s close to my house but I’m seriously thinking of finding another salon, I didn’t appreciate being treated this way.

After reading a Unilocal review of this salon, I decided to give it a try. Kim(the owner) knows how to keep her customers happy! I came in with only 30 minutes of time left before they closed. I was hoping to get a manicure and pedi before my vacation, but when I realized they were only open for 30 more minutes and asked if they would have time to just do a quick pedi.(mind you — they didn’t tell me they were going to close in 30 minutes — I just read it on the sign as I walked in the door). I expected that I would not get the full treatment with massage and all. I WASWRONG — Kim, took her time and gave me a wonderful relaxing leg massage along with a beautiful pedicure and she also did my manicure, and a perfect one to boot! On my second visit — again — wonderful pedi and mani, also got my eyebrows waxed, but she even gave me a complimentary neck/shoulder massage(I had mentioned when she did my leg massage during the pedicure, that I could sure use one on my neck and shoulders!) Not only did she listen to her customer, but she didn’t try to add on things just to get extra $$, as I have experienced in the past. Give Kim and her girls a try. I feel that businesses like hers, were customer service is excellent customer service along with great quality work — needs to be rewarded!

So disappointed in the service today. They are usually very attentive, but the girl used the wrong color for my pedi after I handed her the nail polish and was not even asked if I wanted to look at my arches after the owner completed them. They were in too much of a hurry with people waiting. Listening to 2 ladies telling the owner the lotion is too hot and she is arguing with them!!! What is going on here??? I have been to this salon several times, but will not come back!!!

Men, this is for you all. I use to have the gnarliest toe nails until I started going to KC nails for a pedicure. A little awkward at first, but now I don’t have to worry about that in grown toe nail any longer. Kim(owner) has the friendliest staff. Ask for any of the gals to fix those nasty toe nails that your wife won’t dare do. Regardless whether it’s Peggy, Vi, Nancy or any of the friendly staff. They’ll take care of you. The place is clean and well kept.
