Don’t Tell Momma Adult Mega Center

Upon first entering the store, my husband and I found this place to be well lit, clean, and well stocked with different items. We were approached and asked if we were serious or just looking. We were serious but take a long time to decide on what we want as most sex toys, lingerie, etc are a good chunk of change and we allot money towards a treat and we take our time selecting it. We had been in the store for about 10 minutes, asked about the price of an item and were trying to decide what we wanted to purchase when we were accosted by who I am guessing is the owner. «Do you guys need help?» This was the third time in 10 minutes we were asked this. we both responded «no not right now but thank you» then she just out of no where yells «crazy that people come in here to browse» my husband got into it with her after that. We are both in sales, pressuring your customers to where they feel smothered is a huge no-​no. I’d like to add that this lady reeked of liquor when she spoke, and was crying on the phone to someone when we got there. So she couldn’t greet us but had plenty of time to harass us. Oh, well. Their $ 250 loss.

I walked in and was asked «What can I help you find?» I said I was just looking around. The lady looked away without saying anything.
It’s a sex shop. I don’t need help. After 2 more minutes, same lady asked me «Are you looking for a gift for someone?» I just looked her direction and politely said «No, I am just browsing.» She again didn’t follow-​up with an «ok» or «let me know if you need assistance». Just silence, as if she was annoyed.
I decided I didn’t want to shop here, with a pushy, nasal-​voiced rude woman following me around. As I walked out the door, the lady muttered something under her breath followed by a sigh. This is terrible customer service. Learn that the usual sales-​person mannerisms do not apply at a sex shop. This isn’t Home Depot, you are selling a sensitive subject. If someone needs help, they’ll ask. Give your customers some breathing room and a modicum of privacy.
I’m never going back only because this lady was so rude.

This store has everything you can imagine. Female-​owned and AMAZING service. Buffy is the sweetest, funniest person and she helped me out with every single question I had. The store is clean and well stocked and they are really strict on 18+ only which is awesome. I wish I lived in the area I would totally visit more often. Definitely recommended :)

I suppose it depends on what you’re looking for, but this store has just about everything imaginable. I saw a lot of weird shit that made me uncomfortable, but I am sure it would tickle someone else’s fancy. So, it’s a nice one-​stop shop for everything you cannot tell yo mama about.

This is a great place to shop. The workers there knew what they were talking about and weren’t embarrassed to help out finding what we needed. They are lgbt friendly as I went with my wife and we had no problems. They have a great selection and they don’t have booths. This is not the place for creepy people to go. This is a female owned and operated place of empowerment. It is handicap friendly. We will be going back.
