Enjoyed my small iced Vanilla Nirvana on a layover at the Minneapolis-​St. Paul airport. It has cold brew coffee, half and half and vanilla syrup and I thought it tasted just right! No bitterness, not overly sweet, and right amount of coffee flavor to my liking.
Although my drink only took about a minute to make, with no one else in line and no other customers, it did take more than a minute to be acknowledged by the chatty employees. Not a big deal, just a matter of observation.
Would love to try and replicate this drink at home and save myself $ 3.74.
Located in the Humphrey Terminal near gate H5. Close to restrooms and other little convenience stores and eateries. Has decent amount of seating.

Can’t speak to the coffee, but stay away from the muffins! Although I enjoyed my chocolate chip muffin well enough while I was eating it, I was pretty grossed out when I looked down halfway through and saw that it was raw (think liquid batter) in the middle. The second half went in the trash and fortunately I didn’t get sick… waste of $ 3!
