Wicked Fresh Subs

Some co-​workers and I had a most terrible lunch here one afternoon. 3 subs ordered, and 3 very unhappy people not coming back. My sub was right up there with something you’d unwrap from a 7 – 11 freezer case. Undercooked bread and not so fresh ingredients. It’s hard to screw up a sandwich this bad.

Scene: Labor Day, need something to tide me over waiting for barbeque at parents.
Location: Decided on Wicked Fresh
As he walked in the door, «Ted» wanted something good to eat and hold him and the gf over for a few hours.
Ted: I’ll take a whole «the ultimate», hold the pickles
Sandwich Dude: Just want to let you know the ultimate is a pound and a half sandwich.
T: Sure it is, we’ll take a soda and chips chief, while tossing a $ 10 bill at him
SD: Grinning gives back change and says it will be a few minutes to make
3 minutes pass and the sandwich is delivered
T: Holy Crap, this sandwich is huge!
Don’t be like Ted kids, the ultimate is a man of a sandwich, don’t eat it when you need to eat again in a few hours.

I ordered an Italian sausage sandwich. Worst sandwich ever.
No marinara, no cheese. Just a small over cooked piece of sausage on a big piece of grocery store bread with a couple peppers and onions thrown right in the center.
