I was at Tokyo Sushi just down the street ordering take out and was craving some wine to bring home. I opened up the Unilocal app in search of something nearby and The Wine Barrel showed up! I was surprised and exited to see a specialty liquor store in this area of town.
It’s super unassuming in a somewhat bland strip mall but it’s quite homey inside! They have a huge selection of wine and some other spirits. They do tasting in here every week if you’re into that and in the area. I can’t wait to add this place under my lists of local wine shops.

Walk in, find the friendly staff, and ask questions. they will let you sample the preferred wines and tell you anything you need to know. great for last minute christmas shopping, or looking for that impressive touch of taste with that special someone. will even slide in the info you need to know to actually look like you know what you are talking about the next time you are at olive garden or pasta house when you order your dinner. or maybe something to perfectly ease the stress in your life, momentarily.
all in all, they take the confusion out of trying to pick the best wine for the occasion and they even add more options for your next trip back.
