The Residences At Forest Park Hotel

I am looking to move to Saint Louis and want an apartment that is in a neighborhood with NYC vibe and classy. I checked out every building for weeks and weeks In Saint Louis and this is by far the most elegant, classy and quiet. Where people have recommended the Parc Frontenac it was tired, dirty and dingy and noisy with ambulances on the main road– a 6 lane highway that even on the 14^th floor I could hear traffic.
However, in the residences at Forest Park Hotel, apartment are quiet, many are updated with gorgeous granite and stainless. Light, airy with clean gym and bike and bin storage in basement, free parking and laundry in every apartment. How cool. At 2 am you don’t have to go to a basement and do laundry in your Jammie’s like I need to do in Manhattan. Staff couldn’t be nicer, especially Naomi. Gorgeous lobby you feel like you are in the Plaza Hotel in NY. I really want the first floor apartment which is to die for, so am praying they can close in the second bedroom loft to make it a legitimate bedroom. Otherwise any of the other two bedroom are great.
