I had a great experience with The Bed Guy on Hampton. I got extremely friendly and professional service, all my questions thoughtfully answered, and delivery right on time. They have great selection, prices, and service.

I had the best experience when I visited the Bed Guy. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon since I was in need of a new boxspring. I was greeted immeditely when I walked in and explained to the owner that I was in need of a boxspring, he was quick to tell me the prices and told me he had a few in stock. He did ask if I was in need of the boxspring upstairs or down and when I told him it was going up he recommended a split boxspring so that it would be easier to move; I agreed.
The split boxspring was the right price and I made the purchase. The one thing I really apprecited is that he didn’t try to sell me anything else in the store. Most times stores like this try to recommend other items, but he did not. He only sold me what I asked for! Kudos for this.
Once I paid for my purchase he even helped carry out the boxspring to the truck to help us load it up-​great service and great personality! I can definitely see visiting the Bed Guy again once I am ready to make another bed purchase!

Bedroom stores come and go, some of them leave a lasting impression, others you can’t even remember their name, the Bed Guy is most definitely one of those places you want to remember.
We have made several purchases from the Bed guy, and every transaction has been a delight, with awesome results. the quality extends from the service all the way to the product. The futons are professionally made and are extra high quality in my honest opinion.
We have dealt with both locations, and the service and quality are present at both locations, they even personally delivered our products and assisted with set up when needed. if we are ever in need of some expert professional service for our bedding, we always check the Bed guy first before venturing out to the «other» guys, you should too, you won’t be disappointed.

Decided we needed a futon that wasn’t Walmart/​Dorm room quality. The Bed Guy had the biggest selection so we checked them out. I hadn’t realized that there were so many choices in frames and pads. They were very helpful in explaining the differences and benefits of each. We never felt under any pressure to buy a more expensive model and all our questions were handled with honest answers. The purchase was delivered free of charge.
We did have a small manufacturing issue with our futon and the replacement part was dropped off to our place the next day. Excellent service. Would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Wow. For an out of the way location, I expected more. Inferior merchandise that’s way overpriced, and the owner is a fake, smarmy character who talks down to women. Sorry I didn’t come in with a man, but I think I know how to shop & do my own research. We’re in the era of the internet, buddy.

Great owner, great beds, great prices, great service.
We were in the market for a guest bed– i.e. one that wouldn’t get used much, but was nice enough so our families didn’t hate us. We went to all the usual suspects — then drove past the Bed Guy. On a whim, we jumped in, and were impressed.
The owner helped us — he was extremely nice, and walked us through the differences between all the beds. He was willing to sell us the cheapest bed in the store without a blink — but we wanted something a little better. He ended up cutting us a deal for about $ 50 off a better mattress, and scheduled delivery for the very next day, free of charge!
Upon delivery (curbside only), I was out running an errand, and only my wife was home. They were so nice that they did deliver to the front of the house just inside. I appreciated that when I came home, since they didn’t have to do it.
Great folks to deal with, and big boosters of St. Louis too. Definitely a good place to shop local.
