Worst Taco Bell!!! This is the worse Taco Bell in SoCo. We live 5 minutes from here. It seems every time we stop here they can not read an order screen or listen to their customers! Ordered $ 30 worth of food for our group. Asked for 3 supreme tacos(soft) with no lettuce or tomatoes! Then asked for 3 more supreme tacos(hard) with no tomatoes. We ordered nachos and a pizza with no raw tomatoes. When we got back. All the tacos had tomatoes and lettuce along with all of them were HARD shells. Went back up there and had them correct it. Manager was all«oh I understand because I don’t like tomatoes» but when I got home the replacement order was not correct either! Guess this store just doesn’t have competent enough staff to take on big orders! Guess we will drive the extra few miles and go to one who will not ruin a larger orders er!

Although I normally do not give fast food more than 3 stars… They get an extra star because their service level has come way up… My order comes out fast and ready even tho I ALWAYS«special order»… They’re friendly and polite. Great location.

All I can really say about this Taco Bell is it is a necessary evil. There are just days that exist where you need to have some Taco Bell and for the people of Oakville, this is the only real option. I don’t have one nice thing to say about this place, I LOVE the way they generally handle the drive through conversation. They are polite and don’t follow the general tag live of, «Welcome to _____, may I take your order?» Instead, you usually get a gentle«Hello, how are you doing today?» which although seems meaningless, it really is quite nice to hear. After that, I don’t have too much to say. Their food quality is as good as every other Taco Bell I have ever visited, except I seem to get stale chips/taco shells quite often. As everyone knows, that is the general price of doing business with fast food restaurants. Sure, you can call and get it «replaced» but is it worth $ 1.50 in gas to get a .99 item replaced? …not to mention what your time is worth to call, email, turn around and drive back, etc. The whole reason I usually grab Taco Bell is it is easy and I don’t want to waste time going to someplace better or cook. In essence, spending 3 minutes grabbing Taco Bell, only to spending another 30 minutes on the phone and driving around to get my food fixed doesn’t make sense. …which kind of leads me into my next issue, I get more wrong orders than any other place I have ever been in my life. Usually it is a quick order to get home and find out we are missing an item or two or three. If it is a late at night run, you’ll be lucky if anyone even speaks to you. They are usually too busy listening to their ipods to show the customer any respect. So, enjoy the greeting, it is all downhill after that.
