Used to drive past countless others because this location was the best… hot food, made right, fast service, EXCELLENT staff. Lately I don’t know what has happened but the people act like you’re a giant inconvenience for showing up and the wait times are longer and longer. Getting harassed for money by the panhandlers in your drive thru doesn’t help much either. No longer worth the extra drive.

This is the worst Taco Bell around. Drive thru is terrible– the employee kept stopping and ignoring me then I’d have to start over again. But the real problem is the food. The so-called burrito supreme is half the size it is at any other Taco Bell and looks more like a 99 cent bean burrito than anything that should be called«supreme.» The first time this happened I thought it was a fluke but after the second tiny burrito supreme – there will not be a third time. Not going back to this location for anything – which is too bad since it is the closest one to my house.

One of the worst taco bells in the country. Sat at the order box in the drive through for minites before asking if anyone was in there. «Ain’t no one in herrrr» the voice replied. Another voice came on and asked me what i wanted. We ordered and she told us to pull forward before we were sure that she had gotten everything. When we got to the window it was open but nobody was there. I almost drove away. We sat there for a couple of minutes before the woman came and took payment. She asked me what kind of sauce i wanted as she turned and walked off. I couldn’t answer. She was gone. A couple of minutes later she came with a bag of food. She gave it to me and i made the passenger count the items, suspicious of this taco bell from the service so far. She gave me my soda and we were free. The pepsi was not pepsi. Some regular cheap cola and the co2 tank must have been out because it was flat as could be. I asked for fire sauce and got a bunch of hot sauce. When i bit into the burrito beans ran out of the bottom onto my leg. Ok, that might happen, but the beans shouldn’t be so runny and at least there could have been napkins. No napkins. Awful. Avoid this taco bell.

Seriously, get a new staff. After yelling our oder through the drive thru three times to fix the many mistakes that popped up on our screen, we received only part of our order, no reciept, and when we went in to get get the rest of our food we purchased the staff member argued that she remembered filling the bag. Really? This experience was so awful, please do anything to fix it.

I wish gave it no stars ! This is the second time I’ve gone here at night when it’s still business hours and it’s closed! I see people in there but they do not answer or even bother. With two cars in the parking lot! Horrible!!!

This place is filthy. You get faster service at a sit in restaurant. The employees don’t care about the time it takes to serve you or the quality of service they provide. Take my advice and skip this Taco Bell for the rally’s right across the street. I am not basing this review on one visit either. After several attempts at a quality visit I am left with this being the best review I can give.

I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins(there is no way to get out of the drive thru line once you’re in it) and when I finally got to the window the cashier hadn’t even put my order in. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It would probably be faster to drive another 5 minutes and go to a different location

Worst service known to mankind. I was told after I ordered. That there was no beef and the only thing I could order was chicken or steak. I said why would I pay the difference for something your store doesn’t have. the lady would not give me her name or was not wearing a badge, and would not give me a receipt. By saying the receipt machine was not working. I said how can you keep up with orders without a receipt. She just ignored me, like I was dumb, and said 953 for your order of two tacos and a burrito. I’m like really, can I get my receipt she said we don’t have any. I said so how do you not know that your charging me to much. 10 dollars for a burrito and two tacos is outrageous. horrible service. I’m gonna complain about this everyday and even let folks know before they go there. This is the worse service I have ever encountered.

If you have an hour to kill waiting in a drive thru, this is your Taco Bell. Food is okay.

Certain days its the best TB I’ve ever had, other days not so much. Some days, I’m there for 20 minutes before I get my order others 30 seconds. Completely random service and quality. Kinda like Russian roulette or gambling. Some nice people working there as well as some who obviously want to be somewhere else

Told me they were out of chicken. How is a Taco Bell out of chicken when that’s half of your menu?

Disappointed. Had to ask for help in the drive thru. No one answered. Our food was wrong. Better yet, the survey from the receipt led to a dead end and never let me get my full response in. Annoyed. But will be back because who doesn’t love late night drunk taco bell.

The lady at the register rung the register while I was still making my order. When I said I wanted something else she gave a sigh a look like are you done ordering yet?

This is just your typical Taco Bell, they seemed to have people inside late when it was«closed» it was rather odd, plus they forgot half my order. This is good if you want a quick meal.

Lol look at the area this taco bell is in… ok now wh y is anyone surprised?! This taco bell wins in my book. They dont skimp out on orders, get it right and sometimes there’s a freebie of some sort! Its close by, closes late and food is always hot. The employees are perfectly chill. Of course theres the occasional weirdo walking around but generally its a simple taco bell that gets the job done.

Except for the fact that it’s close, this place really does need to be closed down. The management is non-existent. I blame them for the horrible employees because they most likely do the hiring. During a recent«late night» visit to the drive-up I ordered a couple of «Beefy 5-layer Burritos» and what I got I have no idea, but it was baked hard, crusty, not at all how the flour tortilla is supposed to feel or chew. Inside, I have no idea what was in there, but it didn’t resemble anything like beef or cheese that I’m used to getting with this order. I chucked it in the bin, rather than ruin my golf game early the next morning. I have had numerous problems with this location, from erroneous orders to «we don’t have no beef or chicken or beans». I’ve had the managers and the regional managers call me at home and beg me to give it another chance, but it all comes back to the fact that the«help» there is simply incompetent or past caring. A last observation… they act like their hot sauce is a precious commodity there. When I order 2 or 3 items I need at least 5 hot-sauce packets per item. They act like they can only give 2 or 3 per item. I usually end up having to pull around and go inside and«help myself» to the sauce in the bins… assuming they aren’t empty. Like the Burger King that closed up at Park and Broadway because the«help» sucked, this Taco Bell needs to be leveled to take the temptation to try it again away. No matter what they do, day or night, early or late… it’s gonna suck!

Taco Hell, anyone? OK – here is my review and this is why. 1. I never eat here unless it is a life or death situation. 2. I’m cheap, this was convenient at the time, and I was hungry. 3. This review is to bitch about an employee at this particular location and this location only. I’ve never had any problems at any other Taco Bell except for this one the other day. After getting off work downtown, I needed something to eat pretty badly. I skipped lunch, and when 4pm rolled around the best idea that I could think of at the time? … Taco Bell dollar menu! No one was in the drive thru except for me. Dialogue: — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Intercom voice, «Whatchu want ta-day?» me, «1 soft shell taco with an ice water, please» intercom voice, «aight, pull yo car ’round.» me, «what’s my total?» interview voice, «I tell you when you come ’round her.» — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – As prompted, I drive around. I get my money out with the assumed amount. She opens the window and force hands me my bag with no napkins, my soft taco half way unwrapped out of the paper, and takes the money out of my hand in exchange. Without even telling me the total, she hands me back my change dropping some of the money out of the window between her and my car window prompting me to open the door to pick it up, and she shuts the window without even saying a word to me. By this point, I’m pissed, I’m hungry, aggravated, tired, and bottom line just downright feel disrespected. Just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to take it out on someone else. I knocked on the drive thru window to catch her attention. When she opens up the window, she shoots me a smirk look on her face and asked me in a very dry voice, «may I help you?» me, «May I get my water?» Window slams back shut… she returns, hands me the water without a lid. OMG! Seriously? Knocked on the window for a 3rd time. At this point she is just as annoyed as me. I shoot her back a stare and say, «Lid. Mild sauce, and napkins.» Words didn’t need to be exchanged after that. I should have taken it upon myself to call the customer service line to report her, but I didn’t feel like wasting anymore time with it. Bottom line — I won’t go here again, and I will starve before I face that bitch again.

OK, I’m reviewing Taco Bell and here’s the reason why: The people working here are really nice. They ask«how are you doing?» And maybe it’s some sort of siren song to get you to buy more food. I don’t know. But they’re nice here. And they’re generally fast, generally don’t screw up my order. And yeah, it’s a bit silly to review fast food/chain places, but after having a discussion about service at places, I realized I’ve had better interactions at Taco Bell when paying $ 20(and no tip) than some places where I’ve paid $ 100+(not including tip).
