This salon is adorable, geared completely for young/preteen girls. It was all pink and sparkles, with One Direction playing overhead and«Frozen» on all of the TV’s. The offer lots of nice little additives, like glitter stars on their faces(as well as glitter spray and hair scents). I brought my 3yo son, who got the cutest haircut he’s ever had. I also brought my 6yo daughter– haircut was okay, wasn’t as impressed with her stylist. Overall, though, I would go back!

I really wish I could give this place 4 or 5 stars. It is cute and seems like so much fun for little girls. I took my daughter their today for her haircut. It was cut into a bob. The woman literally spent 5 min on her hair. When we left I noticed that is was completely crooked and extra hair hanging down on one side. We went right back to get it fixed. Another five min. Now it is up too high on one side and the other side is longer. Still crooked in the back. I will now have to cut her hair myself to try to correct this since I don’t dare try Sweet n Sassy a 3rd time! Very dissatisfied. The woman was also quite rough with my little girl. I would never go back for a haircut. I gave it two stars because it is a cute store.

We have been coming here for a while now and my daughter loves getting pampered here. We did a birthday party with a limo ride a while back and it was a very special birthday. I think they do a nice job with haircuts. I am signed up for a braiding class later this month because I love the headband braids they do. Such a cute place and the staff is very friendly.

OMG… like LOL or ROTFLMAO! Well add any preteen text abbreviation expletive you want here. I just had to write a review about this place, to both praise the idea but also to warn all of the dads or uncles out there that might happen upon this store. I brought my daughter here for a 6 yo birthday party. Its located just to the right as you walk in at the entrance to the mall near the NorthFace store. I can’t pretend to know all the preteen salons or boutique shops in St. Louis but this place is like the Clair’es boutique but with even more PINK. As you walk in it appears like any jewelry/hair store for preteens but as you enter the back of the store they have a place to get your hair washed/cut and even Mani/Pedis for little girls! Thats right mani/pedis for llittle girls. Even further into the back of the store is where they have their hosted«parties.» First the girls can change into a dress of their choice(after they get checked for lice). Then they are brought out to a group salon area where they get to pick a hairstyle, nail polish, glitter, face paint, hairspray and even more glitter! Once the makeover is complete the girls are led to the back of the store where there is a mini«runway» setup for faux modeling. Each girl is then introduced with their«likes» as they walk down the runway for all the parents taking pictures. This is followed by a group dance led/semi-choreographed by the party organizer, our particular song was«You don’t know you’re beautiful». Just picture 12, six year olds dancing to that! Then off to a separate small room for birthday cake. Yes I am appalled that they have a store like this for little girls. I can just see raising my child getting more and more expensive, but all in all my daughter really enjoyed herself. What a great idea, I just wish I had thought of it… I’m sure we’ll be back.
