Terrible when it came to the billing for my daughter’s surgery. The claim was submitted to the wrong insurnace office so it was not immeditelly processed. This was only really an issue because of the fact I had to pay for the surgery up front based on their estimation. Of course their estimate was over by $ 1000 and trying to get this money refunded to me has been a nightmare.
