simply horrible, do not take your loved ones and put them in this hell hole
they are a business but they don’t even try to act like they actually care about the residents
the organization of events is horrible and employees consist of mainly idiots

Over 100,000 per person to buy in and neither you nor your estate gets any of it back if you want to move or if you die. Nor are you accepted at any of their other facilities in the country if you need to move to another state, to be near family as they are separate franchises. I looked into this.
You are locked in. In some cases literally! One of my clients pulled her mother out of here due to horrible treatment in their SNF.
Stay away from all these «Buy In» scams. This is a corporate America con job, sell your house that you spent your life paying off that you could stay in and pay less for in home care, then leave as real estate to your children, and give it to some corporation that’s going to CHARGE YOU on top of it?
Think about it!
If you have to go to assisted living, there are dozens that do not require a buy in at the bottom fee,
that give great care.
You move in and pay the same rent anyway without the snow job!
Also as a rule: The bigger the company and its facilities, the more disorganized and F#$@£€ UPPED they are going to be. This is the case with hospitals, education, housing, any treatment facility or rehab .
Assisted living facilities are the new «time share».
And, they are VERY GOOD AT SELLING YOU UP RIVER!
