Starbucks

I moved to STL from SoCal two years ago. Started going to the Starbucks at Chippewa and Landsdowne because it is within walking distance of my home. For 1 ½ years, I put up with the poor customer experience because I figured that’s just the way it is here in STL. Then, I happened to drive by this Crestwood store and tried it out. I couldn’t believe how clean, friendly and professionally trained the staff is and the store is very comfortable. So, now I get in my car, drive by the Chippewa store and head to the Crestwood store each morning. Believe me, it’s worth the drive to start my morning with a friendly store with exceptional service.

One of the best starbucks out there! They have never messed up my order (in 1 year!) and are friendly and SUPER quick.

This Starbucks is the closest to me, but I don’t frequent it to often since it’s in the opposite direction of my work. When I do visit, I always go through the drive through. It can get congested but goes quickly. I’m not a fan of Starbucks coffee. I do love the black tea here though, which I always get. I also get the butter croissant at times, which is delicious!

Very disappointed. Order was incorrect & no one seemed interested in helping to correct the problem by refunding the overcharge. Will avoid this location in the future.

This Starbucks always makes drinks correctly and the drive thru is fast… Even on busy mornings.

What nice employees this Starbucks has! My usual location seemed to have double charged me on my last visit so I only had 50¢ left on my gift card. By the time I got my debit card out, it had already been taken care of. This location is pretty far out of my way, but I’ll make the drive to return.

Great service and gray drinks. They always have my order written down before I even get to the register and I always get smiling very nice service. The food is great too! Now they are very pricey, but well worth it if you are a coffee lover.

Worst Starbucks I have ever visited, waited at counter to order, staff member busy filling a large to go order, four staff workers doing little or nothing, waited for a very long time with no acknowledge, turned around and walked out. Very poor customer service, this Starbucks will not get my business. Wake up CRESTWOOD MO STARBUCKS

This location sucks because:
a) The cars queued up for the drive-​thru block parked cars that want to LEAVE! Everyone is afraid to park for this reason, so the drive-​thru queue gets longer and even more newbie parkers get blocked in — and so on and so on. I almost parked across the street in a Church parking lot. There are a lot of churches in Missouri — ones you never hear about anywhere else.
b) You need to walk to the rear of the store where there is a cash registrar that can’t handle a line of more than 1 person — that’s it! Only enough room for 1 person, any other person is a major line *lusterf***. So then you order a coffee and leave the registrar and every other person (In my case only 1) is mad because they have to move out of line for you to leave. Even if you queue up to the left of right — there is no room. Solution — drive thru.
c) mildly grumpy staff — because of the grumpy people in the line.
d) the place to do your mixing and stuff is on the OTHER side of the store behind some displays. So you have to gawk all over to find it, only to notice it by the exit.
It’s good because they have tables to sit at.

If you have to go to a starbucks I would go to this one. It is my local sbux so I am a little bias. That being said, the staff is extremely friendly and never mess up an order which is what keeps me and my coming back to this location instead of any of the other locations that may be closer for them.
