Located in the main terminal, adjacent to Delta gate A4. This airport location isn’t too shabby. Plenty of seating which includes several leather sofa chairs. There are charging outlets in addition to all the perks of a typical SBUX… crafted coffee & tea, small snacks, fresh fruit, ceramic mugs and a full food item menu. Perfect for the grab & go cup of «Joe» before boarding or chillaxing during a layover. Please be advised: service is slow as molasses and lines are usually pretty long. Don’t go with expectancy of expedited service. ~Christy

This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks anywhere. Even worse, because it’s in an airport. Wait of 15 – 20 minutes! Grrr!

Some of the most foul mouthed, ghetto trash, racists you will find. The way they talk about their job and customers(when they don’t think anyone can hear), really makes you go somewhere else.

I am giving this Starbucks 5 stars, simply because of the employees. There are currently only 2 employees at this location. Not a problem if we were in the middle of Nebraska. This is the St. Louis airport location. I have been waiting for 13 minutes in a very long line and there are still people in front of me. All that said, these are the 2MOSTPATIENT and POLITE Starbucks employees that I have ever run across-anywhere. They have to take the order and make the drink. They are more efficient than most Starbucks employees who seem to like to wipe stuff down all the time, even when there is s long line. Their names are Alicia and Jamar. I finally made it to the counter and there are now 2 more employees. Jamar has to be the most polite kid on the planet.

Despite the Bad service and Mean workers, the worst thing is that they over charge on drinks. Beware!

The service was quick and on point. I’m not sure of the other reviews but I got the drink I wanted quick and the service was super nice. Drinks was good and got me through my flights so it did what it was suppose to be done. I got the caramel frappuccino.

I didn’t expect much from an airport Starbucks but wow this one is terrible. The workers were very mean to each other. It took them forever to make drinks. They didn’t seem to have a good system going. Their process consisted of one lady taking orders, one making them, and the other one telling the girl making them how badly she was doing. I heard her say once«if you don’t know how to make a drink don’t make it.» But she didn’t seem to be helping much. It took an extremely long time to make anyone’s order. The floor was dirty as well. They ignored customers after they gave them their drinks. Two customers asked for spill stoppers when they received their drinks and were completely ignored by the girls working. I was shorted $ 2 of my change, but told them right away and they gave it to me.

Poor service. The ladies were to busy talking to each other and airport employees instead of getting an order correct… I ordered a very berry hibiscus tea and they gave it to another customer. Once I told them about the mistake, take gave me a tea with what I hope were unblended berries.

Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. The ladies working here had terrible attitudes. Don’t go here.

Stopped at airport for a hot tea. Service was good and taxi tea was good. Hard to mess up hot tea. Not a bad experience but also nothing special to push higher rating.

Not a bad little airport Starbucks — this one is convenient and fairly well stocked. Also the employees don’t have the attitude you sometimes find at other airports. In all not a bad experience and I’m glad that there’s decent coffee at the airport.

This has got to be the worst display of a starbucks that I have ever seen… There are 5 people behind the counter, one person making drinks, when a drink is finished they just set it on the counter, no names called, no one had a clue if it was theirs or not!!! The place is filthy, and all the while the employees are laughing and being ridiculous in the middle of this chaos! There was a 10 – 15 minute wait for our drinks… We pay alot of money for our coffee and we appreciate a little more professionalism at starbuck that what this starbucks displays!!! And this was gate C

A very busy Airport Starbucks location! Stopped in for an iced coffee to caffeinate the brain cells prior to boarding my flight back to Dulles. Service was very fast, coffee was really good. They do need to spend a bit more time cleaning the seating area, quite a bit of trash and a number of tables needed to be cleaned.

I came here en route to Houston. I asked for a bacon Gouda sandwich. They made it, the egg was cold. I asked them to remake it the egg is still cold. At this point I am like wtf. They can keep the $ 4 how hard is it to reheat a damn sandwich? Never getting my money again at this airport. Only getting two stars because the coffee is somewhat decent. There was a racist review below in which the user Nash M.(Who is a negative Unilocaled per his profile) who states the«wrong demographics» works here because the staff is African American. Don’t pay attention to that, because that comes from a place of Godlessness and hate. Pay attention to the fact that products were not cooked or made correctly and service sucks. I have been to Starbucks in major cities with all demographics: African American, Hispanic, Caucasian, Asian you name it! It is the work culture of that particular location which fosters poor service not the race or ethnicity of the workers. Good news is there are multiple Starbucks in the airport I went to the one right at the beginning of the C terminal. There is one some ways down you may have better luck with.

Southwest terminal Starbucks is the absolute worst. Customer service is non existent. I have had my order screwed up, partially forgotten, etc more often than not at this location. Today the guy stopped halfway through my latte to chat with another worker. Then AFTER the cream stopped frothing he decided to «help» the cashier and chat with the customer. After finishing that convo he was starting up a chat with someone else when I reminded him about my unfinished latte sitting there cooling down. He finally managed to finish the drink after checking his phone a couple of times. A different time I contacted the franchise owner and he promised me free coupons to make up for that foul up. Then he forgot to send them until I called back 3 weeks later. His response and the poor conduct of his employees tells me the franchise owner doesn’t care — the airport customers have few other options and he has little incentive to run a tight ship. Poor customer service comes from insufficient training and incompetent management so I suspect these employees are not receiving the same level of training and support that other Starbucks franchisees provide to their employees. Too bad really, it makes flying southwest that much more aggravating and does a disservice to the Starbucks brand.

Another horrible corporate policy! What rocket surgeon thinks this stuff up. I ordered and received 2 Americanos which were, you know, the same as always. Pretty good, not special. I paid with a gift card, no problem so far. Now I want to tip but only have 20’s so when the girl brings my coffees I asked her to break my 20 so I can tip. Afraid not… you see they cannot open the register unless I buy something. So again short sighted corporate policy screws hard working hourly worker. Brilliant!

Solid Starbucks. Staff is a bit rough but that’s what you get taking ‘only STL city residents’ to work in a fancy coffee shop. «Ok… This is a latte…» Yeah.

This particular Starbucks doesn’t have the correct«demographic» working behind its counter. When no one on staff knows what a double shot on ice is or doesn’t drink coffee themselves you can expect horrible service. This is my third time here and each has been the same. Fine, If you want a slow drip cup of coffee; anything beyond that, look elsewhere.

Don’t even bother to order any sort of flavored drink, they don’t put enough syrup in it to even notice. Save your money and go with something straight up. My caramel drink was the least flavorful Starbucks drink I have ever had. The ladies working don’t give a crap either and are not very attentive. It’s a very disappointing, unfriendly Starbucks.

This is an average Starbucks near the entrance to Terminal A and the baggage claim area. I have been a couple times while waiting on delayed luggage. My order has always been correct so no complaints there. There are a few nice chairs to lounge in while burning time.
