What a great experience I had today at Sol Sweat! The location is ideal & the renovations to the space are great. Bright, cheery, welcoming from the moment you walk in. The owner, Stacy, was very knowledgeable about the infrared sauna experience. She helped me make my selection — I chose the anti aging session for 40 minutes. It was wonderfully relaxing & very different than a traditional sauna. The sauna units are top notch — even equipped with Internet/​music if you choose. I chose to lay back & relax. At 124 degrees — it felt wonderful. When done, I wasn’t sweaty at all but had this wonderful glow! I will be back to try the other options available. Great experience.
