3. Made an attempt at eye contact & even a smile after pulling up
4. Ran my credit card & then got me my drink in under 1 minute.
5. Handed me a bag with hot fries & burger in under 2 minutes
Food (why I was there)
Fries were overly greasy like they been reheated by flash frying
Burger… Pre-​cooked meat thrown between buns with mostly white iceberg lettuce & tasteless tomato
It is a standard Rallies at a convenient location w/​surprisingly an interactive & efficient employee.

I’m a repeat customer to this particular Rally’s branch. The food is great. The customer service is good (when you can get their attention) if you don’t mind being the only person in their waiting area & just standing there (suggestion to Rally’s: add some chairs to your waiting area in case one of your customers wants to sit down while waiting for their food) for 15~20 min to get your food.

Today, I went inside and waited over 10 minutes and no one took my order. The woman just kept telling me she would take my order soon. Well after 10 –15 minutes of no one taking my order, I left. That is ridiculous to continue waiting. The woman that was in there before me was complaining as well because she had been waiting even longer to get her food. The same car that was waiting in the drive thru window when I walked in, was still waiting at the window to get their food when I left, so drive thru is just as slow. The place looked short staffed and they couldn’t handle the orders. I will never go back.

Worst service in America! I went through the drive through today around 2 I ordered a shake and a fry. The girl at the window just put her hand out for my money and did not say a thing. She literally did not say two words to me the whole time. She was to busy on her cell phone to care about me. When she game me my food she handed it to me and did not even look at me! This girl needs to be fired!

Go through the drive through if you don’t want to wait 45 minutes for a burger. Staff is decent but short. My order is usually right and they are convenient. Always use the drive through though.

This was my first (and probably last) time visiting a Rally’s. Service was slow (they weren’t busy at the time) and it took about 5 times for the person on the register to get our order correct before putting it through. The burger itself was good, and the chicken nugget bites were OK, however the fries were very soggy.

Rallys is decent for fast food. I had a stomach ache afterwards, but hey that comes with fast food. Service was quick and efficient.

It’s fast food. BUT they do it pretty darn good.
The food is always hot, fast, decently priced, drive thru tasty, and served with friendly customer service. If you’re in the neighborhood, and you want the above — stop — because that is what you’ll get — consistently.
