Just bought a pair of the LeBron X «Cutting Jade» and it was on sale. Two weeks ago I bought a pair of Nike snow boots for my little guy. Have also bought Jordans, Penny ½ Cents, a kid’s Miami Heat jacket and a few other things. They get some of the best drops. They were the only store in St. Louis(possibly Missouri) to get a shipment of the Yeezy IIs. However, there was some controversy with that because they sold them a day or two late(they say it’s because they got their shipment late, but some people are skeptical) for roughly four times the suggested retail. Overall, it’s a good store with good customer service and some interesting shoes. Looking forward to going back in a month or two to see what’s new.

I’m not a huge Toms fan, but they do have them here. And pretty standard pricing at that. There was an OK selection of both men’s and women’s shoes but most were at the manufacturer’s suggested prices. Boo. Good thing is you could do your full season’s worth of shoe shopping in one place — but blow your months rent while doing it. But who cares?! It’s shoes… Oh psh … you wouldn’t understand.

I love that this place carries TOMS. One of my favorite brands of shoes. There is a small selection of various shoes for all styles and the people working this side of the store are nice, but not over the top. Sole, blues and g-sell are all connected and it can be overwhelming to have someone following you all throughout some simple browsing.

I’ve passed by this store a million times, but finally went in today for the first time. It’s funny how you can miss something so cool when it’s right under your nose. R Sole has a window that’s tinted black, so you really don’t know what’s in there. You gather, of course, from the name that there are shoes. But what kinds of shoes? How about shoes that were hip back when I was in Jr. High but have made a comeback? Vans and Nikes all gussied up. Or, I guess you’d say pimped up. We never had shoes like that when I was a kid. They look almost spray painted. Very cool shoe graffiti. There are sneakers every color of the rainbow, some of them all on one shoe. Some very funky sneaker/lace-up boots for the ladies that I had my eye on and uniquely hued sneaks for the guys. It really has a fun, hip edge to it and you can be sure when I need to pimp my sneakers, I’ll go back to R Sole.
