By the time I arrived at the truck, it was noon, and all that was left was chicken curry or chicken adobo. Not wanting to go to any of the other spots around, I got the chicken curry. It was delcious, and a very generous portion, which I was unable to finish. The fresh cilantro and green onions on top were a nice touch, b it I have to say my favorite part of this meal was the flat square of cornbread that came with it, which was more sweet and dense than regular ol’ cornbread. Would definitely like to try their other dishes if I’m back on business.
