Well, regardless of how annoying the actual ‘papa john’ is, my family is a Papa John’s family, and pretty much everyone agrees, the pizza is consistently delicious. Since i’ve moved to the CWE, this is the closest one, and I use the online ordering system to order my pizza and put in all the specifics and pickup time. I’ve never had a problem or had to wait on my pizza. I also like it ‘crispy’, aka, brown, and it’s always as ordered. The service is good and I’ve never had any problems.

Not only did they mess up the first 2 topping pizza I ordered, they managed to lose the one they messed up. I have never seen it take so long to make 2 medium pizzas. The communication between the manager and the staff was poor and the pizza took forever. Pizza= yummy Service and wait time= Awful! Training level of staff= Very poor.

It is what it is. I go here when the wife won’t let me spend the extra money to get Talayna’s. But I understand. For an 11 dollar 7 topping large, it’s hard to say anything too negative. The one negative here is the younger punk teenagers that sometimes hang around outside with seemingly nothing to lose. One of these days I know I’ll get jumped for my pizza. Otherwise, for a Papa Johns its no worse and no better than the others.

Papa John is a purveyor of pizza that is consistently good and delivery service that is consistently speedy and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Some of their locations are confused about where their delivery boundaries are. One afternoon as I was wasting away from hunger, 2 equidistant locations bandied me back and forth via telephone like I was a shuttlecock, apparently neither wanting my business. But we resolved the issue, I got my pizza, and Papa John gets 4 well-deserved stars.

So, here’s the skinny: I am 22 years old. I am in the 2nd semester of my senior year of college and single. It’s a Friday night and I have no work hanging over my head. Instead of going out, trolling for women, I spend half the night scavenging around my apartment for a coupon for a free Papa John’s pizza that I won at a poker tournament 3 years ago. I drive a few blocks to the nearest Papa John’s to see if the coupon is still valid, which I learn upon asking that it is. I place my order and am told that the wait will be 15 to 20 minutes. I have nothing better to do than to sit in the cramped franchise and wait. In my time spent there, I am asked no less than 4 times what my name is and if I am waiting on an order. I grow, first, annoyed, then completely satisfied with the attention from the staff. Ten minutes after my order is placed, my pizza is ready and I return home. Post script: Yes, this is a Papa John’s. The pizza is the same at this location as it is at any other. Of the nationwide chains, I definitely prefer Papa John’s, so I suppose I am biased to the quality of the food. There’s not much persuasion I can provide either way about the food because anyone reading this has most likely made up their minds about Papa John’s. On this visit in particular, though, the service at this location was outstanding: quickly made food and attention(something I don’t get nearly enough of). I give this place 4 stars because the pizza is about as dependable as one can ask for, and the service was great. So, will I go back? Probably not, though not for any bad reasons; I don’t frequently order pizza. That said, I recommend this location to anyone looking to support a large-scale pizza chain.
