The place is nice and the staff is friendly. Love the food and they give big portions for what you order! Japanese pan noodles are my favorite but I’ve tried most of their dishes and they all turn out really tasty

I don’t really come here very often, but when I do(maybe 3 times/year) I always have good service and decent food. The food is never over the top amazing, but when I order the Thai Curry Soup, it is something different than what I can make at home. The soup is always hot. The veggies are usually past their prime though. For example, the tomatoes are usually more white than red, the cilantro is more brown/wilted than green, and the been sprouts are limp instead of firm/crunchy. I’ve stopping adding meat/shrimp to my entrées since it is always overcooked and not worth the extra money. There is a newer soda machine with 100s of options. The line quickly forms since there is only one person able to use the machine at a time. There are free refills on soda. This is also the machine that you need to use if you are getting water. There are fresh lemons available. Make sure to sign up for the birthday club. You get an email every week, but when it finally is your birthday, you get a free entrée up to $ 9 value.

Not the best best pasta in the world but for being fast, chain food it’s quite amazing. I’m addicted to the Alfredo MonteAmore! Definitely visit more now that fazolis is gone. Love the drink options. Prices are a little high for the quality but I will be back.

I had the Pad Thai with shrimp and was utterly disappointed. My first thought when I picked up the bag was, «Hey, this doesn’t weigh $ 10. Pretty good prank, you guys!» While it looked appetizing enough, it was bland and under-sauced, and the portion size was underwhelming. The base dish itself wasn’t exactly terrible, but the shrimp sure managed to carry it across the finish line of gross. It was cheap in quality, definitely overcooked, and(as far as I could tell) not at all seasoned; it seemed to have been just thrown in as an afterthought instead of having been cooked with the rest of the dish in its generous 2 tbsp of sauce. This trainwreck of faux-Asian cuisine is why God invented sriracha. For the same money at Pei Wei, you get a far superior Pad Thai, and the portion is bigger in every way(especially the protein, which they seem to actually know how to prepare). This was my second visit to Noodles and Company – having previously thought maybe I just caught them on a bad night – and I can promise it will also be my last. This place is $ 6 sketchy«we got a B from the health inspector» quality food at a convenient $ 10 price. How can you lose?

I guess Americans and us Asians definitely have different taste in foods. Cross that! It wasn’t only about the taste, but the service was overall horrible. We asked the cashier if our dish had broccoli in it and she said«no» and my friend asked her why the photo looks like it has broccoli in it… and than she says«oh yes it does have broccoli». We ordered potstickers as an APPETIZER and… 1. It came out 10 minutes after our meal and 2. They knew they messed up our potstickers and they served it to us anyway and said they can remake it but it will take awhile. Uhhhh Aint nobody got time for that. The presentation and taste = crap! The least they couldve done was take it off our bill… We took 1 bite and ended up throwing the rest out. Never going again… atleast to this location.

I don’t usually eat at chain restaurants unless I am stuck in a place without other options. Today is one of those occasions. I’m getting my tires replaced across the street and the thing I most wanted to do was have a glass of red wine and read my book some place where it’s cool. I don’t know why I wanted to have a glass of red wine at 4 o’clock in the afternoon but who cares? Anyway, I ordered the cabernet and an order of cheese bread. The cheese bread was ok. I didn’t really have any major issue with it because it is a chain restaurant and I wasn’t expecting the highest quality. So the food was a little greasy but good. I will say the tomato sauce was outstanding. The cabernet was much better than I expected so I’m sitting here feeling kinda blissed out now. I have had entrees at the Noodle Company a couple of times previously. Each time I have been somewhat satisfied with the quality of the food. It’s never been off-putting but, like I said, it’s a chain restaurant so it’s not like you’re at home made quality. This worked out well for me today because I was able to sit quietly and enjoy my wine. The atmosphere here is laid back and the place is more or less clean.

Mm… I was here several months ago. It was late afternoon and it was flipping cold out! My uncle and I were hungry after a long day walking around so we stopped in to check out the food. We ordered a plate to share since dinner was around the corner. I have to say, not bad! Food was HOT and the portion was satisfying.

This noodles and company has some wonderful staff! I came in to celebrate my birthday with my free bowl and the manager himself started a clap and asked the whole store to join in and said some wonderfully encouraging things to me while doing it. The process was quick and easy and I’ll most certainly be going back.

Quality and health Food Served hot fast and fresh. Their service is impeccable and they have sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. The people who works there actually care about newbies enjoying the food. Love it. Will be back because of the Assistant General Manager and General Manager and staff. And did I mention how clean it was, that was a biggie for me. It’s cleaner than the Bread Company.

Can you say«swimming in dressing»!? The salad we bought tasted like nothing but sugar and vinegar :/And normally That would only knock an experience down a couple stars but the cashier was also on the rude side. There are better food experiences to be had at this price point.

I took my boyfriend here for his first time ever today and the experience was just as enjoyable as I’d been building him up for. The food was great, comfort food for me, and the service was impeccable. I love the Noodles and Company concept and will be a repeat customer for a long time, even after working for said company.

I had the Bangkok curry with braised pork when I came here with my husband a few weeks ago. The portion was quite large, the food came out quickly, our cashier was friendly, and the price was decent. Although the meat in my dish was cooked well, it didn’t seem like all the ingredients came together as a whole. Rather, it tasted like the noodles, meat, and veggies were cooked separately and then just put together with sauce on top. For being a chain, the food wasn’t too bad, but nothing really stood out to me, either. If I don’t feel like cooking but don’t want to eat fast food, I’d consider going to Noodles & Company.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was hot and delicious. I had the Japanese pan noodles and it was perfect for my first dish. For a delicious and fairly quick meal, with a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Eat here.

We just had a tasty feast of noodles delivered to us at City Hall. Everything was delicious and fresh-tasting. I have eaten at a few other locations too and I literally have never tried anything that I didn’t like. Noodles 4LYFE!

If you are reading this review– sign up for their email blast! You’ll get an occasional buy one get one free entrée coupon and a free meal on your birthday! Noodles and Co. is very convenient to my house(St louis hills). We walk here quite a bit on nights I don’t feel like cooking. Pros: Prices are really reasonable Portions are huge The are FAST at filling orders Menu is pretty broad if you like noodles Restaurant is always clean Cons: Family friendly(pro) but can often be a little loud. They do have outside seating as an option. Their food is obviously not going to be on par with the Italian food on the Hill. Manage your expectations. Wish they had more healthy options Definitely think it’s the best quick food option in the area.

When: April 23 Why: Dinner — Carry– Out(dining alone) Menu: Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Let me sing the praises first, before I slap them down a notch or two. I was impressed with the vegetables in my entrée. The broccoli florets were cooked perfectly, they had that fresh veggie snap. I loved the fact that both the red pepper and onion were cut vertically and not horizon ally. The button mushrooms were also not over cooked which I would have expected from a fast food noodle place. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast was large in size, pre-sliced and as flavorful if not more as one you could get at the Pasta House. You can watch them prepare the food and it appeared to be a well oiled working team. Big bonus points that their carry out containers are #5 and can be recycled after washing. Now for the slap down. When I entered, I was greeted promptly(yes, that is a good thing), but they lost it after the greeting. I stated it was my first time and wanted to study the menu. When I stepped up to order, the young lady(rudely) interrupted me, wanting to know which size i wanted. I did not see on the sign that I needed to say size first. She obviously in her fast food career has not been taught how to up sell. Until I was leaving, did I realize I could have made it a trio. If I were at McDonald’s or Hardees, you know they’d want to add fries or make it a value meal. Now for the biggest slap down. SODIUM. If you watch your sodium intake do not eat here. As I ate my entrée, I knew there was too much sodium. When I checked their website, most dishes had either half or exceeded your daily recommended intake. I was going to give them 2 stars, but IBC Crème Soda(in a bottle) saved their ass.
