Mr. Appliance was great. On a day their computers were crashing and they lacked a part and we were leaving town, Amy and Chris moved heaven and earth to get the part and repair my washer. Amy was a pro and Chris a gentleman who cared. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. They were all about customer service.

Terrible. I hired them to fix my icemaker. The guy said he had to order a part and that it would be in withing a few days. I waited 5 days and they never called. After repeated, repeated, repeated attempts to check on the order, I never heard from them. They took the service fee — some of which was supposed to go toward the job that they never did. Crooks.
