I was refused service 10 minutes prior to closing time. Just lazy I guess. So when this place closes at midnight on a Friday I guess it means that’s when the employees get to go home.

If you like a surprise in the bag, you may find this restaurant charming. For those of us that expect to get what we pay for, always double check your bag and beverage. I use to frequent this location multiple times a week on my way to work but, I recently decided it’s worth the 10 minute drive to a different location when I get that McChicken craving. The staff is often distracted when working in the drive-thru and from my experience, never really know what you ordered. Last month, I visited the restaurant’s drive-thru six times and each experience was exhausting. The employees never smile, rarely get the order right the first time and don’t appreciate when you pay in change. The food is more often than not meant for a different customer, cold or thrown together so quickly that ketchup and grease ooze from the packaging. When they give you a cheeseburger after ordering nuggets(true story), don’t expect anything more than a half-hearted apology and a longer wait on «fresh» nuggets. Review in short, If you are not willing to go inside and order your food, it may be best to avoid letting this burger joint ruin your day.

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. Although expectations are never high for McDonalds, regardless of location, I do expect basic food hygiene and safety practices. I ordered a McChicken and small fries, but kindly requested no Mayo. At the pay window, I double checked that the cashier successfully captured this small adjustment. At the pick up window, the good intentions of the worker to verify my special order were overshadowed by the fact that he moved two recently emptied trash bins out of the way with his bare hands, then proceeded to pick up my order of fries to check the contents underneath. When I complained, he yelled at me and someone else got my replacement order. That someone else just happened to be the same person changing the trash bins. She also did not wash hands or change gloves. Fortunately, I’m only out a $ 2 «meal» because the replacement went straight to the trash. gross.

Avoid this place. The only good reviews must be workers or friends of the owners. Repeatedly bad service here or wouldn’t post. Sunday Aug 23 takes 20 minutes to NOT get breakfast for one at 10:30am. No apologies from anyone. Got refund and left.

The food may be the same at all McDonalds but the customer service isn’t. It is rare that the employees are nice here. They have this great new clean building and yet I basically quit going here because they are never nice. My friends and I have seen them yell at customers(especially the late night crew). It’s just insane. I don’t know what happened but until there is a turn over of employees or management I won’t be back.

Wow. What an experience. It was my wife«Biff» and I’s 20th wedding anniversary so we wanted to make it special. We went on a Saturday night and were very excited to see that there was no wait. We had heard that it was a very popular restaurant, even for a chain. It has kind of a diner theme because you order from a counter. Anyways, they do have an open kitchen which is nice. It was nice to watch all of the young, talented chefs work together. There was also an easy drive-through option for to-go orders. I digress. We were pretty hungry so we opted to skip the appetizers, which we found listed on the«McValue Menu» and just go for main courses. My lovely wife«Biff» ordered the signature dish, the«Big Mac», which came with an ample portion of salted frites as well as a chilled cocktail known as «Blue Powerade»(which was recommended by our server Jamal). Now, I love seafood, so I decided to go with the fresh«Filet O’ Fish» Sandwich. It was a crispy fried whitefish(Cod? Halibut?) with a nice aged cheddar cheese and a tangy house made tartar sauce. I think it had an Asian influence because it was served on a steamed roll, much like a sticky bun. I was not expecting a fusion dish but I was not let down. I also received a side of frites as well as a nice bubbly known as «Sprite». As we finished our meal we were surprised when Jamal approached us holding what we thought was a chocolate ice cream cone. It was a gift from the restaurant for our anniversary and we were very thankful. When«Biff» bit in she let out an excited Unilocal!I looked in amazement as she showed me the ice cream treat. They had actually dipped VANILLA ice cream in some kind of chocolate shell. Wow! I was not expecting such an avant garde dessert. All-in-all a great effort and great food. I am not surprised that there are so many McDonald’s restaurants. A tip of the hat to Chef Ronald McDonald. I hear that he even personally cooks for children’s birthday parties! Hernando

I mean, you can’t expect much from a McDonald’s, but when the manager(Beth) tells you the MACHINE chooses whether you can swipe credit card or ATM and then tells you there’s no other option to pay? I mean, are there any intelligence standards or education requirements to work here? Then my filet-o-fish tasted stale. Nothing worse than stale Mickey D’s.

Since I stopped smoking a couple months ago, everything tastes better, including McDonalds. When I went to this location today they gave me the freshest fries, they were hot but ohhh so good. :)
