This McDonalds had abysmal service when we visited in the wee hours of April 18. We arrived at 1 am during a long drive for a snack and some caffeine. We attempted to order a sausage sandwich from the«after midnight» menu, which was prominently featured on the drive-thru menu board as available from 12−4am. We were told no breakfast items were available. We tried to clarify with the employee taking orders that we were ordering from the after midnight menu, and again were told no breakfast items were served at that time. So we changed our order to a cheeseburger, fries, a coffee, and unsweetened iced tea. After sitting at the window for 15 minutes(we were the only customers in the drive-thru), we got our food. The cheeseburger was a bun with ketchup and cheese — no patty. Luckily we were still at the window and able to tell the employee, who gave us a new burger(after laughing about it with the other employees). No attempt to apologize for our ridiculous wait or incorrect order. After we got on the road, we discovered the tea was sweetened. If you can’t manage to run your store effectively in the middle of the night, maybe don’t open a 24-hour restaurant.

The cashier is rude and doesn’t listen to anything you say so have to constantly repeat your order, she’s unprofessional and by she I mean the cashier(Tia) was rude and handed me my change very angrily and threw it in my hands!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible
