I have been going to this place ever since it opened. Their manicures and pedicures are great! The people that work there are some of the nicest people I know. Someone ALWAYS greets you as you walk in. They are kind and very respectful. Do NOT believe the people that complain. They are always miserable human beings who expect to be treated as if no one else matters. I promise you will not be disappointed! Kathy W.

Dirty place with no customer service. Scheduled pedicure appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and after waiting 45 minutes, walked out with wet feet. No apology for making me wait or explanation of the delay. How about a «we’ll be with you in 10 minutes». Nothing. Will NEVER go back to this place after years of bad service.

Awful experience. Was skeptical of how she was doing my acrylic and said one might fall off. She said if it did to come back and she would do for free. Sure enough, it fell off a few days later. She told me there was no wait and to come in… I waited 30 minutes. Then she charged me $ 5! And was so rude! I’ll never go back

Awesome place. I have been going there for 7 years and never once have a problem. They are very friendly and do what they can to please everyone. people do need to remember that nails are not put on with concrete they will break or come off and services are not free. If break a nail and they fix it for free at least pay for the product. Would you give someone something free from your job

Had an eyebrow wax and a pedicure done, they were very prompt in sitting me down in a chair and getting to work.
The pedicure was decent, and she did a nice job on my eyebrows.
I’m only giving 3 stars because they were very pushy for additional services.
A) telling me my fingernails (I work with my hands for living) need a manicure is understandable, but when I say no thanks please leave it at that.
B) Going on to me for 10 minutes about my facial hair (wanting me to do other waxes) left me very uncomfortable and not interested in having any further services done. Being in the middle of my pedicure at the time kept me seated.

I hate getting my eyebrows waxed, lets be honest: we all do. But its a necessary evil. Everytime I go to this establishment, the ladies immediately know me and help me out. They make jokes about how big of a baby I am, and always do a wonderful job. It makes one of my least favorite tasks bearable.
ALSO: They always have coupons on the back of a Schnucks receipt.

I love this place! I have never seen them drunk before, that’s ridiculous. That person must have had the wrong place because these people are so sweet. My sister and I come here all the time. I’m so picky where I get my nails done. They are clean, very personable, and if you aren’t happy with your nails just say so and they fix it! Great prices too!
