Hot Aztec

parked outside my office was yet another food truck I have yet to try. I am really enjoying days I forget to pack my lunch!
The weather was nice enough to make walking and standing outside bearable. Usually a low temperature combined with wind keeps folks inside. Downside to having a restaurant on wheels.
I had looked at the menu earlier but decided to ask for a recommendation. She suggested the Burrito Bowl. It sounded good but it was too much food for me today (just getting over a cold and getting appetite back). I ended up with her two favorite Tacos: Diablo Shrimp and Grilled Fish.
While taking my order I enjoyed the aroma coming from the truck. Usually a good sign when the smells are wonderful.
I got my two tacos and headed in to enjoy them. They both looked and smelled great. The mixture of hot and cold ingredients on the Grilled Fish taco was just right. The fish was also done well — not fishy at all. The Diablo Shrimp was also good. I took most of the guacamole off as I am not a HUGE fan but left enough to enjoy with the shrimp and lettuce.
Two tacos turned out to be just enough for a good lunch. Not stuffed nor still hungry.
