Just a heads up, this woman has now closed this place but has opened up Serene Scene in Clayton. Still would never patronize a business of hers ever!
Rinky dink place who wrecked my sister’s birthday. Heck if you look they do not even give an exact address on their website, odd right?
I ordered a gift certificate from online based on a video from their website and they never bothered to send it out. When I emailed to complain after well over a week had passed the woman got very hostile, defensive and downright rude despite her very obvious mistake which she never bothered to apologize for. At this point she still had not mailed out the ordered gift certificate but apparently I was unreasonable for expecting it to be delivered after nine days from barely 5 miles away from my sister’s house.
This woman even went so far as to say she would not ever see my sister as a client. Ummm why? What? My sister never did anything to her and all I ever did was justifiably complain that I paid good money for something I did not get. I then had to explain the situation to my sister which obviously ruined her surprise not to mention ummm because of Earth Essences she had no fricking gift coming and now some crazy woman was blaming her for something she had nada to do with and had banned her from a salon she had never even gotten to go to. Insane.
Frankly I have never been quite so appalled by a business in my life. Definitely amateur hour. This woman even threatened to turn me into police for harrassment, merely because I wanted my money back for things she did not provide and had the gall to make sure I got it back. Huh? Someone needs a lesson in ethical business practices.
Weirdest thing ever is several months after the woman tried to add me as a friend on facebook. Really??? I thought I was a mean harrasser? Friends? Yeah no thanks.
