Dairy Queen

I frequently go to this Dairy Queen as it is near my house. The staff are always friendly with a smile, my order always comes in a timely manner and it is always rather clean compared to most fast food places.
One of the managers, Aaron, is very helpful and courteous. For years i have been going here and only 2 or 3 times has their been a mistake with my order and Aaron has always taken care of it immediately.
They also make the best blizzards of any Dairy Queen i have every gone to. They are not stingy with the add ins. I would recommend this DQ over any others in the St. Louis Area, hands down.

Keep in mind I’m a retired military veteran so I have absolutely no reason to make this up. The family is hungry so I go out to get some Dairy Queen (Weber Road in Affton). I order the chicken finger basket for my son and a burger for my wife. So I get home sit down start watching the Cardinal game and my wife says there is a pubic hair of some type in my hamburger. I get up look at it and if it wasn’t the pubic hair it was some type of beard hair. I called Dairy Queen and spoke to the manager Aaron who says he can’t do anything over the phone because their policy is they have to see the hair. Then he blames it on the fact that there’s kids from the Bayless school district that make things up to get FREE food. So I stopped watching the Cardinal game drive all the way back to Dairy Queen where I am met with a smartass manager aaron who examines the burger and finds the hair. Then with a smirk on his face states that he can have them make another one for me. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Never said he was sorry, never took the blame. I have been to this Dairy Queen before but only through the drive thru, if I had seen the inside I would have never gone at all. As I was leaving with my $ 3.20 refund I could see through the back in the kitchen. GROSS IS NOT EVEN THE WORD!!! And I spent a year in Iraq!!! Every employee in the place look like they were homeless. Just plain disgusting don’t eat here.

This place needs a deep cleaning and the employees need to be counseled on personal hygiene and attire. You shouldn’t be working the front counter in grungy clothes.
Also, if you advertise «Open» until 10 p.m. you shouldn’t have your inside broken down for closing at 9 p.m., especially on a Friday night when it’s 90 degrees outside.
