Very well-​organized and stocked store. The sale’s associate we talked to was very helpful, and although we didn’t buy anything, I’d probably go back if I decide I need anything else Coach. It’s too bad places like Macy’s give the Coach store a run for its money when they have their big sales — Coach just can’t compete with big department store sale prices… But if you want more merchandise options and a more Coach-​specific knowledgeable staff, then the brand store the way to go.

Ok, If I’m spending some dinero on my vices like umm COACH then I only buy at West Co Coach. They know my face when I walk in the door, but only one man knows my name, my limits, and my habits. His name is Tony and he is OH shall we say «el hombre es fabuloso»! I think we’ve even became friends. He services you in an appropriate manner from beginning to end and makes you feel like a million bucks even if you only spent $ 48 on a coin purse. Why do all prices at coach end in $ 8?. I live in IL and have been known to leave Chesterfield mall to buy my Coach products here. I simply love this store if I’m forced to spend money I do not have.
Follow — up, the store had given me an incorrect receipt from a 11 – 21 puchase. I needed to return a Coach ring (which never happens) because thiss jewelry didn’t like my mocha skin. I personally called and asked for Tony cause he’s the poop and gets it done. The store manager Missy took care of me. She looked up my receipt and called in my return auth info to the Galleria store so not to inconvenience my return trip. I returned while running errands in Brentwood. Again simply fabulous! This store could teach the Gallera location a thing or two or three!
