Cinnabon

Love Cinnabon. Every time I go to the mall I have to have a Cinnabon. Its like a tradition. I’m at the mall often. Twice a month at least. (shopaholic *cough*) Carmel Pecan Minis. Yes Maam! The only thing I hate is that I always get a cup of water along with my Cinnabon and they charge like 15 cents for it. Its ridiculous! I get it the cups arent free, neither are the lids, straws etc. But why charges paying customers? Charge the people that ONLY want water but don’t charge customers that are already getting something. Its just tacky!

Oh my gosh!!! Sooo good! The staff is nice and they keep the establishment clean. Glad to have them in West County!

Stupid is as Stupid does
Here is the scene:
10 a.m. Saturday morning. Lights go on and store is now open
Clerk stares at me. Then states there is nothing ready and to come back in a half hour?
11:00 a.m. I return. Clerk stares at me. No verbal engagement.
I say I will take a regular Cinnabon and a large coffee. Clerk gets me one of the four rolls and then states they do not have coffee? No offer of making any. I mention that they have been open an hour and the clerk says «I just got here». Not true, he was seen at 10 a.m. on first arrival.
Meanwhile, right across from this store Starbucks is knee deep in business, no doubt customers who were frustrated with this pitiful lack of performance at Cinnabon.
Where is undercover boss when you need them?
