In the morning I need my Headline News like others need their coffee. Imagine how I felt when I turned on my tv to find out that the lamp burned out. After calling the Sony store, they said that I had to order it from their service supply store. After searching around on the Internet, there were other vendors selling it for significantly less, but I decided to see if any of the local TV repair places had it in stock. Having e-mailed 5 local tv repair stores in the morning, C C Bell was one of two that replied within the hour, and they were the only ones with the lamp in stock. It was at the same Sony price, but I was willing to pay for getting it immediately and not having to pay for shipping. When I arrived, I totally forgot the part number, but mentioned that I e-mailed them in the morning and they were able to dig it up and find the appropriate part. They were extremely nice about it all. Not only that, but they also mentioned that they misquoted me, and that the actual price was lower! It just happened to be the exact same price as the lowest price that I could find online. These guys will definitely be the first I check out for any electronics parts.
