I used to frequent this store when I lived here and almost always found the staff to be attentive and helpful. I always head for the back to see what sales goodies they have but have on occasion bought a full price item. I went in here recently to look for a casual top to wear but even though I did not find what I was looking for, it is still one of the better BR stores out there and in a great mall.

I am a fan of this location as it carries BR petites. I still pine for the standalone BR petites in Frontenac but am relieved that this outpost of BR has stepped in to fill in the breach. Season after season I stop here to find my stalwart basics and rely on frequent sales, coupon codes, and credit card rewards to scoop up items – rarely do I end up walking out of here having bought anything at full price. The quality can be hit or miss, especially in knitwear, and the petites and sale sections at this location get picked over quickly. As long as the frequent discounts and promotion codes keep coming, I’ll continue to make BR a regular stop on my shopping rounds.

Frontenac has both a regular Banana Republic as well as a BR Petites. I have spent equal time in both stores and unfortunately did not receive great service at either one.
I stopped in for something specific and was harassed about opening a Banana Republic credit card, not once but seriously fifteen times. It was so annoying I walked out vowing never to go back.
It’s a shame, because it’s one of the better BR stores I’ve been to.
