ordered volleyballs showing i would receive them in a couple days… paid, and three weeks later, still no volleyball. I had to contact them about my order, which i did get an email after saying they will be shipped cause they got backordered, but when i bought them, it said 4 days… after paid, then changed up. Hope that gets fixed. I had to get a hold of them to confimr this order is still pending til next month… wish they would contact me just to confirm things are still gonna be shipped. Instead they send me 5 emails a day on other things i can order… which will probably get here next season. no thanks

There was a misunderstanding with the customization process (embroidery only comes in pocket sized, rather than full sized, designs) but they were more than willing to help out afterward.
