My go to grocery store. Always clean! A great variety of fresh veggies every week. Sometimes the check out process does take a little while. The cashiers are super quick, but sometimes it seems like the store could use a few more people during peak towns. Overall though… A great store and much cheaper than other grocery options in the area.

I frequent this Aldi’s location and generally find a nice selection of food and other miscellaneous household items. Their selection regularly refreshes and that’s what entices me to visit! Reasonable prices, especially for items like cheese that tend to be pricey in other local grocery stores. I often buy fresh produce here and think their grapes are some of the sweetest and best around. Staff are friendly and offer help as you are walking through the store. And the best part? Super, speedy check outs! You fly through the lines even when they snake down the aisles. Aldi’s checkers are the fastest in all the midwest!

This store is similar to other Aldi’s stores, but it is a nice, clean and neat store. The merchandise and food is pretty much the same as it is in other Aldi stores, but the layout is slightly different. Everything is bunched together like the canned food is together, freezers and coolers are on the far side and back of the store, and produce is in front of the coolers with the dairy, just like in all the other stores. I chose this store because it was closer to me than the other stores since the Maplewood store is closed until November 1st. I think that this store is much cleaner and nicer than the one in Maplewood. They do not have a lot of employees working there during the week I suppose, so you need to browse around the store completely to get the layout and placement of the food and merchandise if you are not familiar with it. It is similar enough that you can kinda expect the same layout but different enough that you need to look around and make yourself more familiar. I like this store because it’s neat and clean. I will be back. DON’T FORGETTOBRINGBAGSTOBAGYOUROWNGROCERIES! Yes, I forgot even though I was specifically going to this Aldi’s.

For some unknown reason I used to avoid this place with a passion… have no clue why… just did! I was waiting for a friend one day to dine at Zen and I was really early, so I decided to pop into Aldi to kill some time… thought it was okay… I started to become slightly intrigued. I then began to pay attention to the sale papers.$.99 packages of Strawberries, $.39 Avocados, $.49 Mangoes, $ 29/lb Bananas… hmmm, this place might be okay. I became a convert and am now a fan! You do have to pick over the fruits and veggies a bit and avoid the grapes(they are always sour, never sweet), but overall this place does offer a good value and the staff is generally friendly. They do offer some name brand items, usually in the form of cheese, yogurt and frozen goods. Bottled water is a must buy here! Don’t forget to bring your own grocery bags and a quarter for a cart.

I come here specifically for the 24 pack of bottled water, which is not only good, but really cheap. I also get their amazing assortment of wines, and German/Swiss choclates, which are both inexpensive. Some other highlights are Reggio’s Chicago Style Frozen Pizza, and Strawberries which usually are the cheapest in town. The cashiers are the fastest the world has ever seen. Really, if you go, pay attention to the awesome abilities of the cashiers. They disolved lines faster than Rick James I tells ya.
