We had a wonderful experience. Steve took the time to talk to us and explain the process. I would recommend him to anyone.

We were awakened in the middle of the night by scratching noises from the ceiling… Spent the the next couple of hours checking out Unilocal & Angie’s List for a reputable pest control company and found many good reviews for Steve.
We finally got to sleep (in another room) and then gave Steve a call mid-​Sunday afternoon. He said he could come out Monday morning to see what the issue is, but he thought it sounded like bats (that was our first guess.)
He came out on Monday and checked the area THREE times (the first couple of times he couldn’t find anything, although he did locate the hole that the pests were getting in from). The third time (with the camera) he was able to locate some bird poop and other Bird signs (but no actual creature.) So he plugged the hole with mesh wiring (it was a vent space) and proceeded to walk around the house pointing out the things we should keep an eye out for in the future. Also walked around the basement and gave suggestions on where we might have issues in the future & to keep an eye on certain areas for certain pest signs. Answered ALL of our questions (and more) and treated us professionally & respectfully. Never made us feel like our questions or concerns were dumb or out of the ordinary.
We have not had any more scratching in the walls, but if we do — we’ll be sure to give Steve a call! We highly recommend his services.

Only had to call these guys about a client who has bed bugs (I’m a social worker and had to transport her in my car) and the man who answered the phone was VERY friendly and took the time to actually answer all of my questions (knowing that I wasn’t purchasing any services). If I ever have any pest control problems, I’ll definitely be calling these guys!

Had something scratching in my wall that turned out to be a bird. Found Steve on Unilocal and took a chance. He walked me through our options over the phone and was upfront about the dreaded possibility of cutting a hole in the wall of our new home. He was there first thing the next morning. By then the scratching & chirping had stopped. Steve walked us possible scenarios and put our minds at ease. He got up on the roof, figured out how to prevent it from happening again, and quoted us a very reasonable price to get it done.
He was polite, professional, and I’m glad he wasn’t eager to punch a hole in my wall. I told him I hope I never have to call him again but if we have any pest problems in the future he will be the only person I call.

Spotted a few brown recluse spiders over the weekend. Steve called me back on a Saturday, and came Monday. He put our minds at ease– and we haven’t seen any spiders since he sprayed! Very polite and nice to work with. Very educated on all types of pests.
