2 Nice Guys Termite & Pest Control offers great customer service. The technician who completed a termite inspection was thoughtful and timely (which unfortunately is not the case with many other services). I love that the products used by 2 Nice Guys are not toxic as I do not want to expose my dogs, children or self to potentially dangerous chemicals.

I would like to give kudos to David Atkins, Technician, and James, the Manager for many reasons. You are both always polite, courteous, professional; they contact me in a timely fashion to keep my quarterly service on schedule. David doesn’t just come in, «spray stuff» around and hurry on his way. He always addressees my concerns, is respectful of how the home is left when he’s finished. He knows my dogs’ and cat’s name and peculiarities and treats my home as if it it were his.

Two Nice Guys has done two services for my home. The first was a preventative treatment on our home addition, prior to hanging drywall, to keep termites and pests out of the walls. He also did an ant treatment this year, we were starting to see lots of ants and those little ant traps don’t seem to do much. In both cases out technician was courteous, on-​time and thorough. He took the extra time for the ant issue to trace the ants back to the outdoor nest and treat the nest. We have not seen an ant in the house since then. And Two Nice Guys uses environmentally and health-​safe products, which is important to me since I have little kids and pets at home. We will use them again the next time we have any kind of critters in the house.

In an industry and service where chemicals and poisons are inherent, it was more than assuring to speak with the owner of this business, James, about his highly awarded «green» company. James is very knowledgeable about his business, his products, and what the people of our society are looking for in termite and pest control: clean, safe, and not harmful to our families. He delivers on all fronts and his pricing stays competitive! It was easy to make the decision to shop local with 2 Nice Guys. (They also caught some pests in our attic and let them go in a proper environment. Bonus points from my wife!)
