Just noticed a bad review for this place. Can’t believe it. I’ve only had very positive experiences. I’ve never gotten Botox, so can’t rate them in that category. However, I have had several foto facials done there over the last few years. Can’t imagine anyone doing a better job at that. The techs are great and prices very reasonable.

I just moved to St George and looked online for a place that could meet all my beauty service needs and found this spa. I went in for my regular Botox injections to see if this would be my permanent new place. I am so disappointed in the Botox. They water it down with so much saline I have no results on day 7. The Botox treatments I have always had, usually take effect day 3.
I have seen no difference and no true effects from the Botox here. Highly disappointed and hope they change the watering down of the Botox. I am now afraid to try anyone else in St George and will find a reputable place in Vegas.
