I would give negative stars if it allowed. Firstly, Sky Country Properties(home builders) should be ashamed of themselves for using this company for any business. Have all Bosch appliances. One oven and microwave were turning on by themselves, microwave also had the latch sticking and wouldn’t open. Brad, came out twice. Moral of the story he didn’t know what to do. He put silicone inside the latch the first time. Who does that? Basically, don’t call anymore because we have our heads up our a__anyway! Called Boulevard service department, displaying our dismay. Sarah, receptionist stated they would replace the microwave one time and that’s it. It would be consumer error after that. What! These appliances were purchased in June and we have had these issues the entire time. So, Sarah who has never met us, never seen nor tested the appliances was a psychic now. So, if the microwave was a lemon, that can only happen once, then it is on us. These appliances have warranties… HELLO! She stated that she was relaying what the service manager Jen had said. Why she even kept talking after that is beyond me… But she kept digging down. She said that the microwave was probably to high and we didn’t push the button correctly. Oh my goodness! Talked the Jen, who claimed to be the service manager. All those calls to Boulevard need to be recorded, and please pull that one up. I will be glad to give you dates and times. Basically, an argument ensued and all over a microwave that doesn’t work properly at several months old and Jen will predict the future and say that we broke it either way. Wow! I hope your parents didn’t pay for that college education. Contacted Bosch, they weren’t estastic about that news. Bosch referred us to a different company. They came out today, removed the microwave and By George they ordered a part to fix it.

I was vacationing in St. George with my family and stopped by Boulevard Home Furnishings because my mom was decorating her St. George vacation home. There was a beautiful sectional in the front area of the store that I fell in love with. I needed a new sofa for my home that is in northern Utah. I wrote down the brand name of the sofa so I could see if I could find the brand somewhere in Salt Lake, closer to my home. My mom bought several rooms full of furniture from Boulevard that month. I went home and found a retailer in Salt Lake that carried the sofa that I had seen at Boulevard, however, I didn’t know the color of the sectional at Boulevard and that was the color I wanted. I called Boulevard and talked to a woman on the phone(the same woman who my mother had bought thousands of dollars of furniture from) and I told her my situation, that I didn’t live in town and that I loved the sectional and I asked for the fabric name so I could get it. She refused to tell me the color of the sofa. She put me on hold for 10 minutes, and I got hung up on. I called back, and she would not tell me what the color name was. I thought it was rude and unprofessional. I do not live in St. George or the surrounding area. I had talked to this woman several times when I went to the store with my mom. I would never buy any furniture from there, and after, my mom decided she would never shop there again after she spent so much money there, and this sales person wouldn’t even give me the name of the color. Anyway, I thought it was rude.

Beautiful selection of furniture and the layout of the store is super fun, but I could not get any help! I wandered around the store for an hour with my kids and no one came to help me. One lady kept looking at me and she would just wander off. Pretty disappointing Cuz I was ready to buy some fun stuff for our new living room. Guess no one takes Ya seriously when your pushing kids in a stroller.

This place gets one star due to the customer service… or lack there of. Wanted to buy a lift-top coffee table and couldn’t get anyone to help me at all. Walked around and looked at coffee tables but left and bought one at Ashley instead.

They tell you all about how great their merchandise is, but they don’t stand behind it. I’m having a problem with a mattress that’s only a few months old, I was told it had a good 15 year warranty, yadda yadda. I intentionally did not select a pillow top so I could avoid the sagging mattress trouble I had with my previous mattress. I selected a firm mattress, expecting it to be, you know, firm. I made sure I did everything to keep the warranty valid. But all they’ll do is say it doesn’t meet the requirements for the manufactuer’s warranty by less than half an inch. I understand the technicality. However, for basically a brand new mattress, I expect the store to do something to help me resolve this. Something besides telling me to wait and see if my $ 1200 mattress continues to sag more. Which I know it will. I wish I’d gone to a retailer that actually takes pride in their product and does something besides hide behind their«policy» and the manufacturer warranty. Next time I’ll go to the membership warehouse that has an actual return policy. Boulevard Home Furnishings has lost my business.
