Really bad costumer experience. A complete lack of honesty from the sales representatives made us purchase unnecessary accessories under the guise that they were free. The store receipt didn’t break down the whole purchase; it wasn’t until we reviewed the online receipt that we realized we had been charged for all the accessories. When we went back to the store to return them, we were unable to return the screen protector because it had already been put on the phone(by the sales rep’s own initiative, without explaining that once on the phone it could not be returned). Despite saying they could not return it, it was deducted from the bill and added back on at a higher price. The other accessories could be returned, but they claimed that nobody would ever tell us they were free but that this was a common misunderstanding with customers(which reflects poorly on them, not the customers). Even if there had been a «misunderstanding» when we said«wow we can’t believe all these accessories are free!» that would have been the sales rep’s chance to clarify. Summary: dishonest and care only about selling as much as possible without respect for customer satisfaction. I have used multiple verizon stores in Boston and never had an issue. Avoid this store.

Stay away from this store. They only care about up selling you on everything and not honest with the customer. I would recommend shopping around or go online where you can get the actual story and not have to buy useless accesories, etc that they insist you have to buy to get a new phone. Only worried about their commissions. Do not recommend.

Employee sold me a phone that wouldn’t work with my plan, which I specifically told him I did not want to lose. When I got home, I received an email from VZW that my «new plan» was now in effect. Returned to the store the next day, December 1, 2015, to return the phone, but they talked me into keeping it temporarily while they submitted an «inactive pricing request» form online, which would take about a week. Never heard, returned to the store to learn the form was submitted incorrectly and had to be resubmitted and a few days later that the employee who sold us the phone no longer worked there. As RVers, we travel throughout the US southwest, never staying in one place longer than a couple of weeks, but we were assured we could return the phone if needed at any corporate store. After 5 weeks on the phone with corporate customer service about 6 times and demanding to speak to someone in management, I finally got my old plan restored, and was able to return the phone January 6, 2016 in Yuma, Arizona where I was charged a restocking fee. Called the St. George store to refund that and they won’t — can’t even get past the rude person who answered the phone. Apparently everyone at VZW except the staff in St. George, Utah knows that a 4G phone won’t work with my 3G plan. And they insisted I not return my phone to them, but return it elsewhere later if I couldn’t get my old plan reinstated, but never told me there would be a fee for that. It’s in the fine print? They know nobody reads that detail. They knowingly ripped me off and won’t return my calls or come to the phone when I call. Rated one star because I can’t rate as zero! Would not recommend Verizon to anyone, let alone this store location.

We expected the wait being that they’re always so busy which wasn’t a problem especially because we were constantly being checked on & reminded of how much longer we would have to wait. Everyone was so kind & helpful especially Mel Ballentine! She was AWESOME& made sure we understood everything before walking out. Go to her & you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Mel! Last fall, September 9, 2014 to be exact, I bought what I was told was a brand new iphone 5c. I recently broke the screen and sent it to Apple to be replaced. Much to my surprise they told me that the logic board had been modified so the phone repair could not be done by Apple. I can only assume that somewhere along the line someone at Verizon switched out the board and sold the phone to me as new. I will never use this Verizon store again. This is the second time I’ve been there and the 2nd time I’ve had issues with them. Do not go to this Verizon store!

Unhelpful, only care about in store credit, wouldn’t fulfill a in store pick up because it would deplete their inventory. Never again, this is two times I have been disappointed.

The Verizon employee was rude and dismissive after I waited an excessive amount of time to be seen. Verizon did not take the time to diagnose the phone issue once they noticed a very small scratch on the edge of the phone(which I never noticed). He told me to contact the insurance company and went on to the next person. Lazy and a complete waste of time. The insurance company wanted to know what Verizon found before they could help me … I decided to take a chance on Simply Mac. The Simply Mac guys are fantastic! Super professional, helpful, and pleasant. My iPhone 6 was having mystery issues and they went above and beyond to determine the problem and resolve it. There were several other people in the store who were also extremely happy with the service they received. The Simply Mac technicians quickly found the issue with the phone and it had nothing to do with a scratch. I would advise everyone to avoid the Verizon store and go immediately to Simply Mac.
